Թուրքիայի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ ԼՂ խնդրի շուրջ համաձայնեցված տարբերակ կա

«Ժամանակ» թերթը զրուցել է Բաքվիքաղաքականինովացիաների եւտեխնոլոգիաներիկենտրոնի տնօրեն,ադրբեջանցիքաղաքականվերլուծաբանՄուբարիզ Ահմեդօղլուի հետ:
Պարոն Ահմեդօղլու, առաջիկայում Բաքվում Եվրոպական խաղերն ենանցկացվելու, Դուք գիտեք, որ հայ մարզիկներն արդեն Բաքվում են: Բացի այդ,նախատեսվում է՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւս ներկա է լինելու բացմանարարողությանը, ինչպես նաեւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ քննարկելու է ղարաբաղյանհակամարտության կարգավորման հարցը: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ բեկում հնարավո՞ր էսպասել հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում:
Շատ բնական է, որ հայ մարզիկները Բաքվում են, Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունը եւս Հայաստանում է լինում. դա նորմալ ու քաղաքակիրթ է, ես ողջունում եմ: Այն բոլոր միջազգային կառույցները, որոնք համաձայնվել են, որ այդ խաղերը անցկացվեն Բաքվում, հրավիրել ու երաշխավորել են նաեւ Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը, եւ շատ լավ է , որ հայերը եկել են: Հնարավոր է՝ մի փոքր լարված լինի հայ մարզիկների համար, բայց կարծում եմ՝ ամեն բան նորմալ կանցնի:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Պուտինի այցին, ստացվել է այնպես, որ Արեւմուտքի քաղաքականությունը Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ սրվել է: Եվրոպական կառույցները ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում, որ Հայաստանում էլ է հաճախ մարդու իրավունքները խախտվում, նրանք նկատում են միայն այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Ադրբեջանում եւ Ռուսաստանում: Եթե հանկարծ մի լրագրողի ոստիկանություն է մոտենում, միանգամից աղմուկը բարձրացնում են՝ մարդու իրավունքները խախտվում են: Նույն իրավիճակում է նաեւ Ռուսաստանը, մենք որոշ հարցերում մոտեցել ենք, դաշնակիցներ ենք՝ մենք էլ նրանց ենք աջակցում: Հիմա նույն կերպ էլ Ռուսաստանն է վարվում. ոչ մի արտասովոր բան չկա Պուտինի այցի մեջ, եւ չեմ կարծում, թե Ղարաբաղի հարցում էական առաջընթաց լինի: Ընդհանրապես չեմ կարծում, թե միայն Ղարաբաղի հարցը քննարկվի, հնարավոր է՝ Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա-Ռուսաստան եռաչափ որեւէ նոր գործակցության հիմք դրվի:
Հիշո՞ւմ եք՝ երբ մեկ տարի առաջ Էրդողանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում էր, ասաց, որ Թուրքիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ համաձայնեցված տարբերակ կա, հնարավոր է առաջ մղվի այդ համաձայնեցված տարբերակը, չեմ բացառում: Հիմա Բաքուն շատ կարեւոր հարթակ է Պուտինի եւ Էրդողանի միջեւ, որովհետեւ այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայոց ցեղասպանության օրը Պուտինը եկավ Հայաստան՝ Էրդողանը նեղացավ»:
