Հյուպատոսը պարզաբանում է, թե ինչու Սերբիան չի շտապում ընդունել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը

Սերբիայի Հանրապետության կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ընդունման հարցում դեռևս զարգացումներ չկան: Այդ մասին Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանում Սերբիայի Հանրապետության պատվավոր հյուպատոս Բաբկեն Սիմոնյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ Սերբիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող և դատապարտող բանաձև էին առաջարկել: Նախագիծը հեղինակել էին «Նոր կուսակցության» պատգամավորները՝ կուսակցության նախագահ, նախկին վարչապետ Զորան Ժիվկովիչն ու Վլադիմիր Պավիչևիչը:
Կուսակցությունը Սերբիային և այլ երկրներին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպություններին կոչ էր արել ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը՝ կանխարգելելու համար մոտ ապագայում նման հանցագործությունները, իսկ Սերբիայի կառավարությանն ու քաղաքացիներին առաջարկել ապրիլի 24- ը նշել որպես Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օր: Թեև կանխատեսվում էր, որ Սերբիայի խորհրդարանը շուտափույթ կերպով կքննարկի հարցը, սակայն մինչև հիմա խորհրդարանը չի եկել որևէ որոշման, արդյունքում ճանաչման հարցը մնացել է առկախված:
«Ցեղասպանության փաստի ընդունումը բարդ գործընթաց է, կարծում եմ՝ Սերբիան այսքան շուտ չի ճանաչի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Վերջերս եմ եղել Սերբիայում, խոսակցությունը ընդունման մասին է, իրենք ցանկություն ունեն ընդունելու, սակայն կան քաղաքական որոշ հարցեր»,- մանրամասնեց Բաբկեն Սիմոնյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նման ձգձգումը կախված է ոչ միայն աշխարհաքաղաքական մի շարք հարցերից, այլ նաև այդ հարցի շուրջ ներքին հակասություններից:
Բանն այն է, որ Սերբիայում որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր դեմ են ընդունմանը: Չնայած դրան՝ Սիմոնյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ երկրի ղեկավարությունը հակված է ընդունել Հայոց ցեղասպանության իրողությունը, իսկ դրա համար պետք է ժամանակ և հմուտ դիվանագիտություն: Խոսելով դիվանագիտության մասին` հյուպատոսն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները բավարար ջանք չեն գործադրում դիվանագիտություն բանեցնել այս հարցում. ինչ-որ էլ արվում է, դրա համար պետք է շնորհակալ լինել Հայաստանում Սերբիայի հյուպատոսությանը:
Սիմոնյանը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ սերբ և հայ ժողովուրդների մերձեցման նպատակով մտադիր է նոյեմբերի վերջին Հայաստանում անցկացնել Սերբիայի մշակույթի օրեր, որից հետո Հայաստանի մշակույթի օրեր կկազմակերպի Սերբիայում: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցի միջոցառումների մասնակցելու նպատակով ապրիլի 24-ին Սերբիայի նախագահ Տիմոսլավ Նիկոլիչը պետական այցով գտնվում էր Հայաստանում:
