Բարեբախտաբար, գոյություն ունի մի հնարք, որի օգնությամբ դուք կկարողանաք քուն մտնել 60 վայրկյանի ընթացքում։ Մեթոդը կոչվում է «4-7-8». այն հատուկ մշակված շնչառական վարժություն է։ Բժիշկ Էնդրյու Ուեյլը մշակած այս հնարքը միախառնում է ճիշտ շնչառության և մեդիտացիայի տեխնիկաները՝ ցանկալի արդունքին հասնելու համար։

Հնարքը հետևյալն է. պետք է 4 վայրկյան շարունակ քթով շունչ քաշել, 7 վայրկյան պահել շունչը և 8 վայրկյան շարունակ արտաշնչել։ Կրկնելով այս շղթան 3 անգամ՝ դուք քուն կմտնեք։
