ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը  Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային ղեկավար Ժուժաննա Յակաբի  հրավերով  մեկնել է Դանիայի Թագավորություն։ 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ԱՀԿ-ն ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հիմնական գործընկեր միջազգային կազմակերպությունն է։ Համագործակցությունն իրականացվում է երկամյա համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում` ընդգրկելով առողջապահության տարբեր ոլորտներ և ուղղություններ:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է ԱՀԿ հետ ստորագրելու հերթական, երկամյա համաձայնագիրը` 2018-2019թթ. համար։  

Եռօրյա այցի ընթացքում կողմերը կքննարկվեն գործող երկամյա համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացվող աշխատանքները և դրանց հետագա ընթացքը։ Մասնավորապես անդրադարձ կլինի  վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդություւների դեմ պայքարի և կանխարգելման, տուբերկուլոզի դեմ պայքարի, մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման և առողջապահության այլ ոլորտներում իրականացվող ծրագրերին:

 Կոպենհագենում կքննարկեն նաև ԱՀԿ հետ համագործակցության գերակա հարցերը, ինչպես նաև հետագա համագործակցության հեռանկարներն ու ուղղությունները:

Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը հանդիպումներ կունենա ԱՀԿ Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Ժուժաննա Յակաբի, ԱՀԿ բարձրաստիճան այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ, որոնց ընթացքում կհստակեցվեն  2018-2019թթ.  երկամյա համաձայնագրի դրույթները, կքննարկվեն օրակարգային ու կազմակերպական հարցեր:
