ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության նիստում կարևորեց համայնքների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացումը և տվեց հանձնարարականներ: «Բազմիցս արձանագրել ենք ՏԻՄ-երի համակարգի կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև այն, որ այդ համակարգը պետք է լինի արդյունավետ: Տարածքային կառավարման ու զարգացման նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ համայնքներում դեռևս չեն կիրառում ծառայությունների մատ ուցման համար լավագույն գործընկերներին ընտրելու մրցակցային գործելաոճը: Համայնքների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը դեռևս բավարար չէ, ցածր է համայնք-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության մակարդակը: Այս և այլ խնդիրների լուծմանը պետք է ուղղված լինեն նախարարության կողմից մշակված մեթոդաբանությունը, դրանք պետք է առաջարկեն էապես նոր մոտեցումներ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
Այդ նպատակով, կառավարության ղեկավարը ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման ու զարգացման նախարարին հանձնարարեց երկամսյա ժամկետում կազմակերպել մշակված մեթոդաբանական նյութերի վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ՝ համայնքների շահերը ներկայացնող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, միջազգային ու փորձագիտական խմբերի հետ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում լրամշակել համապատասխան նյութերը և տրամադրել համայնքներին: Միաժամանակ, նախարարությունը պետք է մարզպետարանի միջոցով խստորեն վերահսկի գործնականում դրանց իրականացումը:
«Մեթոդաբանությունը տվել ենք, հիմա երկամսյա ժամկետում պետք է ինտենսիվ աշխատենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք կիրառական պրոդուկտ ստանալ»,- ընդգծեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
