«Յունիբանկը» իր բաժնետերերին կվճարի միջանկյալ շահութաբաժիններ

«Յունիբանկ» ԲԲԸ-ն հայտարարում է իր բաժնետերերին բաժնետոմսերի տեսքով առաջին միջանկյալ շահութաբաժինների վճարման մասին: Բաժնետոմսերի տեսքով շահութաբաժինների վճարման համար բանկն իրականացրել է սովորական անվանական բաժնետոմսերի լրացուցիչ թողարկում` բաժնետոմսի շուկայական արժեքով մոտ 3,2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով: 

«Յունիբանկի» Խորհուրդը 2016թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 9-ի նիստում որոշում է ընդունել բանկի սովորական անվանական բաժնետոմսերի սեփականատերերին վճարել միջանկյալ շահութաբաժիններ 2016թ.-ի  հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածի համար`  սովորական անվանական բաժնետոմսերի տեսքով` 4 348 հատ /տեղաբաշխման ժամանակ ձեռքբերման նվազագույն փաթեթի քանակ/ բաժնետոմսի դիմաց 420 բաժնետոմս հաշվարկով, որը համարժեք է 12.9% տարեկան եկամտաբերությանը: Այս որոշումն ընդունվեց` ելնելով «Յունիբանկի» արձանագրած բարձր ցուցանիշներից, կայուն ֆինանսական վիճակից և զարգացման ռազմավարությունից: Շահութաբաժինները կվճարվեն բանկի կուտակված շահույթից, որը 2016թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 30-ի դրությամբ գերազանցել է 7,2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամը: Շահութաբաժինները կվճարվեն սովորական  բաժնետոմսերի սեփականատերերին, որոնք 28.11.2016թ. դրությամբ ընդգրկված են եղել բանկի բաժնետերերի ռեեստրում: 

2016թ.-ի արդյունքներով «Յունիբանկի» ակտիվները կազմել են մոտ 186,4 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, պարտավորությունները` 150,7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ: Բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալը գերազանցել է 35,7 մլրդ դրամը` տարեսկզբի համեմատ աճելով մոտ 57,2%-ով: Moody’s Investors Service միջազգային գործակալությունն ընացիկ տարվա փետրվարին հաստատել է  «Յունիբանկի» վարկանիշը`  կանխատեսումը թողնելով անփոփոխ` «պոզիտիվ»: 2016թ.-ին բանկն ապահովել է 425,6 մլն ՀՀ դրամի շահույթ: 2016թ.-ի տվյալներով «Յունիբանկը» պետբյուջե է վճարել մոտ 2,6 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի հարկեր` Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակում զբաղեցնելով 49-րդ տեղը: 

«Յունիբանկն» առաջին բանկն է Հայաստանում, որը նախնական հրապարակային առաջարկի (IPO) միջոցով իրականացրեց բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխում և ցուցակեց դրանք «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ում: Թողարկելով բաժնետոմսեր, «Յունիբանկը» շարունակում է ժողովրդական բանկ դառնալու իր ռազմավարությունը` ներգրավելով հասարակությանը բանկի կառավարմանը և այդպիսով դարձնելով այն ավելի արդյունավետ և թափանցիկ: Կայուն և վստահելի բանկի բաժնետոմսը հասարակության համար խնայողությունների ներդրման համար ևս մեկ երկարաժամկետ և շահավետ հնարավորություն է: Լինելով բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն և ունենալով մեծ թվով անհատ բաժնետերեր, «Յունիբանկը» մեծ ուշադրություն է հատկացնում մինորիտար բաժնետերերի իրավունքների և շահերի պաշտպանությանը: Այդ կապակցությամբ «Յունիբանկը» հատկապես կարևորում է կորպորատիվ կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, հասարակության համար տեղեկատվության հասանելիությունը և գործունեության թափանցիկության ապահովումը:
