Ինչպես գիտենք առավոտյան մեկ բաժակ սուրճը թարմացնում եւ բարձրացնում է տրամադրությունը: Սակայն հետազոտողները ցույց են տվել, որ այն նաեւ օգտակար է լյարդի համար: Պարզվում է՝ օրական 2 գավաթ սուրճը քչացնում է լյարդի ցիռոզից մահվան վտանգը երկու երրորդով:
Եթե դուք շատ ալկոհոլ եք օգտագործում, ապա սուրճը կարող է պաշտպանել ձեր օրգանիզմը լյարդի հիվանդություններից: Այս մասին են վկայում Ֆինլանդիայի գիտնականների կողմից անցկացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները:
Hepatology ամսագրում տպագրվել է հետազոտություն, որի արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ սուրճը հատկապես օգտակար է ցիռոզի դեպքերում:
Գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրել են 24-74 տարեկան 19000 տղամարդկանց և կանանց: Նրանք փորձերի մասնակիցների մոտ ստուգել են գամմա-գլուտամիլտրանսֆերանզները (ԳԳ)՝ լյարդի ֆերմենտը: Ալկոհոլի օգտագործումն ավելացնում է արյան մեջ ԳԳ մակարդակը, ժամանակի ընթացքում այն կարող է լյարդի հիվանդություններ առաջացնել: Լյարդի այսպիսի հիվանդություն ունեցող մարդկանց արյան մեջ ԳԳ մակարդակը շատ բարձր է:
Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքների համաձայն՝ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ալկոհոլի հետ միասին սուրճ են օգտագործել, ԳԳ մակարդակն արյան մեջ նվազեցրել են 50 %-ով՝ սուրճ չօգտագործած մարդկանց համեմատ: Ընդ որում, այս միջոցը կիրառելի է միայն տղամարդկանց մոտ:
Արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ օրական մեկ գավաթից ավել սուրճ խմած մասնակիցների մոտ մահվան վտանգը 66%-ով ավելի ցածր էր, քան նրանց մոտ, ովքեր սուրճ չէին խմել:
