Հարավային Կորեայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը հաստատեց նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի իմպիչմենտը

Հարավային Կորեայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը հաստատել Է նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի իմպիչմենտը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է ՍԴ-ի անդամների քվեարկության արդյունքում ընդունված որոշման մեջ:
Այդպիսով, մարտի 10-ը դարձել Է պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նրա գտնվելու վերջին օրը: Պակ Կըն Հեն կզրկվի նախագահական անձեռնմխելիությունից եւ պետք Է ազատի Սեուլի կենտրոնում գտնվող «Երկնագույն տուն» պետական նստավայրը:
Նախագահամետ Հարավային Կորեայի ազատության կուսակցությունն արդեն ընդունել Է պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնազրկման վերաբերյալ դատարանի որոշումը: «Մենք հարգում ենք դատավճիռը եւ ընդունում ենք այն»,- ասված Է քաղաքական միավորման կողմից տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:
Իմպիչմենտից հետո նախկին նախագահը զրկվում Է այն արտոնություններից, որոնք նախատեսված են պետության նախկին ղեկավարների համար. ցմահ թոշակից՝ աշխատավարձի 70 տոկոսի չափով (մոտավորապես 12 մլն վոն կամ 10,4 հազար դոլար), երեք օգնականներից, անձնական վարորդից եւ անվճար բուժսպասարկումից պետական կլինիկաներում: Բացի այդ, նրան թիկնապահներ կտրամադրվեն ոչ թե 10 տարվա, այլ միայն հինգ տարվա ընթացքում:
Նախկին նախագահը նաեւ կորցնում Է անձեռնմխելիությունը քրեական հետապնդման նկատմամբ: Դա հարավկորեական դատախազությանը թույլ կտա, վերջապես, Պակ Կըն Հեին հարցաքննել հետաքննությանը հետաքրքրող բազմաթիվ հարցերի, մասնավորապես, նրա մտերիմ ընկերուհու՝ Չխվե Սուն Սիլի եւ Samsung ընկերությունների խմբի փաստական ղեկավար Լի Չժե Յոնի հետ կապված աղմկալի կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի շուրջ: Դատախազությունը գտնում Է, որ նախագահը կարող Էր անմիջականորեն ներքաշված լինել այդ հանցավոր գործունեության մեջ: Ավելի վաղ Պակ Կըն Հեն հրաժարվում Էր համագործակցել հետաքննությն հետ՝ նրան մեղադրելով կանխակալության եւ «քաղաքական պատվեր» կատարելու մեջ:
Նոր նախագահի վաղաժամկետ ընտրությունները, օրենքի համաձայն, կկայանան առաջիկա 60 օրվա ընթացքում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ մայիսի 9-ին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
