Կերակրի սոդան կարող եք օգտագործել տարբեր նպատակներով՝ և՛ կենցաղում, և՛ խոհանոցում, և՛ առողջական խնդիրների դեպքում: Եթե որևէ հիվանդություն պետք է բուժեք, օգտագործեք դեղատնից գնված կերակրի սոդան:

Կերակրի սոդան նաև կարող եք կանոնավոր կերպով օգտագործել՝ օրական 2 անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան խմելով:

Այն ոչ մի վնաս չի հասցնի, փոխարենը՝ հաջորդ օրը թեթև կզգաք ձեզ:

Կերակրի սոդայի և մագնեզիումի քլորիդի խառնուրդն օգտագործելու դեպքում կկանխարգելեք սրտային հիվանդությունները, նյարդաբանական հիվանդությունները, քաղցկեղը և գրիպը:

Այս երկու բաղադրիչները միասին կարողանում են օրգանիզմից և բջիջներից դուրս բերել թույները:

Սոդան նաև օգտակար է խնձորի քացախի կամ կիտրոնի հյութի հետ խառնած վիճակում: Ինչպե՞ս պատրաստել այս խառնուրդը. կես թեյի գդալ սոդային ավելացրեք 2ճ/գ խնձորի քացախ կամ կիտրոնի հյութ: Խառնուրդը փրփրոտ է դառնում, սպասեք մինչև փրփուրը հանգստանա, ապա փոքր-ինչ ջուր ավելացրեք: Խմեք ստացված խառնուրդը:

Եթե որևէ լուրջ հիվանդություն ունեք, ինչպես, օրինակ, քաղցկեղը, կերակրի սոդան խառնեք թխկու օշարակի (кленовый сироп) կամ մեղրի հետ: Այս խառնուրդը, սակայն, չի կարելի օգտագործել 14 օրից ավելի:

Թխկու սիրոպ

3/1-ի հարաբերակցությամբ խառնեք թխկու օշարակն ու սոդան: Եփեք խառնուրդը դանդաղ կրակի վրա՝ անընդհատ խառնելով: Խառնուրդից հեռացրեք փրփուրները, այն լցրեք շշի մեջ և պահեք սառնարանում: Օրը մեկ անգամ 1ճ/գ խմեք այս խառնուրդից:

Մեղր

Մեղրով խառնուրդը պատրաստում ենք նույն կերպ, ինչպես թխկու օշարակը:

Եթե քիմիաթերապիա եք ընդունում կամ պարզապես ցանկանում եք մաքրել օրգանիզմը տոքսիններից, հետևյալ լոգանքն ընդունեք: Լոգարանի մեջ ջուր լցրեք, ավելացրեք 2.5կգ սոդա և 1.5կգ ծովի աղ:

Եթե ցանկանում եք թուլացնել մկանների լարվածությունը, հոգնածությունը և հեռացնել մաշկի մեռած բջիջները, պատրաստեք հետևյալ խորհուրդը. 1բաժակ սոդան լցրեք լոգարանի մեջ, պառկեք ջրի մեջ: Այս լոգանքը կվերացնի մաշկի մեռած բջիջները և կփափկեցնի-կհարթեցնի մաշկը:

Կոշտուկներ

Թրջեք կոշտուկը, որից ցանկանում եք ազատվել, վրան լցրեք կերակրի սոդա և մեղմ մերսեք: Կատարեք այս գործողությունը՝ մինչև ազատվեք անցանկալի կոշտուկներից:

Միջատների խայթոց

Միջատների խայթոցի դեպքում կերակրի սոդայով և ջրով խյուս պատրաստեք: Ստացված զանգվածը քսեք վնասված հատվածին, սպասեք, մինչև չորանա, այնուհետև լվացեք գոլ ջրով:

Մրգեր և բանջարեղեն

Ջրով լցված խորը տարայի մեջ լցրեք 2-3 ճ/գ կերակրի սոդա: Տարայի մեջ տեղադրեք նաև մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը և թողեք մի որոշ ժամանակ ներծծեն այդ խառնուրդը: Այնուհետև լվացեք բանջարեղենն ու մրգերը:

Մեկ բաժակ սոդան լցրեք մեքենայի մեջ և միացրեք այն:

Հեռացրեք սառցախցիկի տհաճ հոտը

Սառցախցիկի մեջ տեղադրեք մեկ բաժակ սոդա: 

Սոդան՝ ախտահանող միջոց

Խոզանակներն ու սանրերն ախտահանելու համար տեղադրեք սոդայաջրի լուծույթի մեջ: Կանոնավոր կերպով կրկնեք այս գործողությունը:

Ամանները լվանալիս մաքրող հեղուկ նյութի վրա ավելացրեք 3 ճ/գ սոդա: Ամանները կփայլեն, իսկ ձեր ձեռքերը կփափկեն:
