Շվեյցարական հյուրանոցը չեղյալ է համարել միջոցառումը, որտեղ պետք է ելույթ ունենար Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle պարբերականը:
Ցյուրիխի Hilton հյուրանոցի կոնֆերանսների և միջոցառումների անցկացման պատասխանատու Ալեքսեյ Լինչուկը հայտարարել է, որ միջոցառումը, որին մասնակցելու էր Չավուշօղլուն, չեղյալ է համարվել: Լինչուկը հայտնել է, որ հյուրանոցի կողմից նման որոշման ընդունումը պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ «իրենք չեն կարող ապահովել մասնակիցների և հյուրանոցի աշխատակիցների անվտանգությունը»:
Ավելի վաղ Ցյուրիխի քաղաքային իշխանությունները դիմել էին Շվեյցարիայի կառավարությանը` պահանջելով միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Չավուշօղլուի միջոցառումը չեղարկելու ուղղությամբ: Նրանց համոզմամբ` Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարի ելույթը երկրում կարող է բողոքի մեծ ալիք բարձրացնել և ճգնաժամի պատճառ դառնալ:
Ի պատասխան այս դիմումի` Շվեյցարիայի արտգործնախարարությունից հայտնել էին, որ Չավուշօղլուի ելույթը չեղարկելու պատճառ չկա:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Նիդերլանդների Ռոտերդամ քաղաքում չեղյալ էր համարվել Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի միջոցառումը, որը պետք է տեղի ունենար Թուրքիայում նախատեսվող սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավի շրջանակում: Համաձայն քաղաքապետի գրության` այն սրահի սեփականատերը, որտեղ պետք է ելույթ ունենար Չավուշօղլուն, հրաժարվել է տարածքը տրամադրելուց:
Չավուշօղլուի ելույթը չեղարկվել էր նաև Գերմանիայում` Համբուրգ քաղաքի Plaza Event Center սրահում: Արտգործնախարարը ստիպված էր եղել ելույթ ունենալ Թուրքիայի հյուպատոսի կեցավայրում:
