Հայաստանը դարձել է Արդյունահանող ճյուղերի թափանցիկության նախաձեռնության թեկնածու երկիր

Կոլումբիայի մայրաքաղաք Բոգոտայում 2017 թվականի մարտի 9-ին կայացած Արդյունահանող ճյուղերի թափանցիկության նախաձեռնության խորհուրդը հաստատեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱՃԹՆ-ի թեկնածության հայտը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը շնորհվեց ԱՃԹՆ-ի թեկնածու երկրի կարգավիճակ:
Այսպիսով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դարձավ 52-րդ երկիրը, որը ներդնում է ԱՃԹՆ-ի ստանդարտը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Այս կապակցությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար, Հայաստանի ԱՃԹՆ-ի բազմաշահառու խմբի նախագահ Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշել է. «ԱՃԹՆ-ի ներդրումը կհանգեցնի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում թափանցիկության ապահովմանը և հանրության առջև հաշվետվողականության բարձրացմանը: Այս գործոններն էական նշանակություն ունեն երկրի գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման համար: Բնական պաշարների արդյունահանման լավ կառավարումը կարող է նպաստավոր լինել երկրի քաղաքացիների համար, և ԱՃԹՆ-ն համապատասխան գործիք է այս նպատակին հասնելու ճանապարհին : ԱՃԹՆ-ի շնորհիվ հսկայական ծավալի տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կդառնա բոլոր շահառուների համար: Իսկ գործընթացի ամենաարժեքավոր տեսանկյունն այն է, որ բազմաշահագրգիռ կողմերի կայուն ներգրավումը կամրապնդի փոխվստահությունը և համագործակցությունը բոլոր ներգրավված կողմերի միջև»:
ԱՃԹՆ-ն Հայաստանում ստեղծում է հարթակ կառավարության, արդյունահանող ընկերությունների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության փոխհամագործակցության համար, որն ուղղված է արդյունահանող ոլորտի ֆինանսական հաշվետվողականության բարձրացմանը:
Կոլումբիայում կայացած ԱՃԹՆ-ի միջազգային խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատվիրակությունը:
