ՊԵԿ-ն արձանագրել է ավելի քան 66 մլն դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն

ՊԵԿ կազմակերպման և հսկողության վարչությունը 2016 թվականին իրականացրել է 96 ստուգում: Արդյունքում ՊԵԿ-ն արձանագրել է 66 մլն դրամից ավելի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն: Արձանագրված գումարի զգալի մասն առաջադրվել է 136 չգրանցված վարձու աշխատողների հայտնաբերման արդյունքում: Լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություններ են արձանագրվել նաև հ սկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման ճշտության ստուգումներով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
19 ստուգում է իրականացվել նաև մեկ անձին պատկանող ընդհանուր բիզնեսը մեկ և ավելի հարկ վճարողների միջև տրոհած կազմակերպություններում, ինչպես նաև իրական ՓՄՁ չհանդիսացող հարկ վճարողների մոտ: Արդյունքում 15 հարկ վճարողի վերաբերյալ ստեղծված նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՊԵԿ ՕՀ վարչություն` հետագա ընթացքն ապահովելու նպատակով, իսկ մնացածը միավորվել են:
Միաժամանակ, իրականացված արտաքին դիտարկումների արդյունքում, պարզվել է, որ 205 հարկ վճարողի մոտ հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների շահագործման կանոնների խախտումները կրում են համատարած բնույթ, ինչպես նաև առկա են ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով չձևակերպված վարձու աշխատողներ, և նշված հարկ վճարողներն իրական ՓՄՁ-ներ չեն հանդիսանում: Նրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը տրամադրվել է համապատասխան հարկային տեսչություններին` սահմանված կարգով հսկողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով:
