ՄԱԿ-ը Թուրքիային մեղադրել է քրդերի իրավունքների խախտման մեջ

ՄԱԿ-ը Թուրքիային մեղադրել է մարդու իրավունքների սիստեմատիկ խախտումների մեջ՝ Քուրդիստանի բանվորական կուսակցության ջոկատների դեմ մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ։ «Թուրքիայի հարավ- արեւելքում գրանցվել են զանգվածային ավերածություններ, սպանություններ ու մարդու իրավունքների լուրջ խախտումներ՝ 2015-ի հուլիսից մինչեւ 2016-ի դեկտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում»,- ասվում է ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցում։

Թուրքական բանակի այսպես կոչված անվտանգության ապահովման գործողությունները ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալներով անդրադարձել է ավելի քան 30 քաղաքների վրա, մինչեւ կես միլիոն գերազանցաբար քուրդ խաղաղ բնակիչներ ստիպված են եղել լքել իրենց տները։ Մարտական գործողությունների հետեւանքով զոհվել է մոտ 2 հազար մարդ, որոնցից 1200-ը խաղաղ բնակիչներ, հայտնում է DW–ը։

«Կասկածյալներից ոչ մեկին չեն ձերբակալել, ոչ մեկին պատասխանատվության չեն կանչել»,- հայտնել է ՄԱԿ մարդու իրավունքներով հանձնակատար Զեյդ Ռաադ ալ Հուսեյնը՝ շեշտելով, որ հարյուրավոր խաղաղ բնակիչների սպանությունները մնում են չհետաքննված։ «Ստեղծվում է տպավորություն, որ 2015-ի հուլիսին Թուրքիայի հարավ- արեւելքում մարդու իրավունքները պարզապես չեղարկվել են»,- ասվում է ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցում։

Հակամարտությունը թուրքական բանակի ու Թուրքիայում արգելված ՔԲԿ-ի միջեւ, որին ԱՆկարան համարում է ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն, տեւում է արդեն մի քանի տասնյամյակ։ ՔԲԿ անդամների հետ բանակցություններից կառավարությունը հրաժարվում է,իր խնդիրը համարելով  խմբավորման ամբողջական ոչնչացումը։
