‹‹Բա չիմացար...››. ինչպես մեկընդմիշտ վերջ տալ բամբասանքներին

‹‹Չես պատկերացնում, նրա ամուսինը...››, ‹‹...բայց իրականում ոչ էլ մասնագետ է...››, ‹‹վայ, բայց էս ինչ անճաշակ ա...››, ‹‹բա գիտե՞ս ինչ եմ իմացել ... մասին...›› . յուրաքանչյուրս գոնե մեկ անգամ լսել ենք նման արտահայտություններ: Լսե՞լ, շատերս հենց ինքներս ենք նման խոսակցությունների սկսում: Մարդիկ պարզապես խելագարվում են բամբասեու համար: Հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մեր զրույցների 80%-ը բաղկացած է այլոց և նրանց սովորությունները քննարկելուց:
Ինչու՞ ենք մենք այդքան սիրում բամբասել
Ըստ հոգեբանների՝ գլխավոր պատճառը մարդու՝ հասարակության հետ կապեր հաստատելու գործընթացն արագացնելու ցանկությունն է:
- Զրուցակիցներին ընդհանուր հակակրանքները ավելի ամուր են մերձեցնում, քան ընդհանուր համակրանքները:
- Մարդիկ որոշակի ոգևորություն են զգում այլոց մասին գաղտնի ինֆորմացիա փոխանցելիս:
- Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր բավականություն են ստանում ուրիշների անհաջողությունների մասին լսելիս և խոսելիս: Նրանք մտովի զուգահեռներ են տանում իրենց՝ ‹‹ամենախելացիների›› և նմանատիպ մի ‹‹անհաջողակի›› միջև՝ բարձրացնելով սեփական ինքնագնահատականը:
Ինչպե՞ս դրան վերջ տալ
Թվում է, թե ասեկոսներն ամենուր են, և դրանցից անհնար է խույս տալ: Սակայն հոգեբաններն առաջարկում են մի շատ պարզ արտահայտություն, որը կկանգնեցնի բամբասանքներ տարածողին: Երբ ինչ-որ մեկը փորձում է ձեզ ներքաշել նմանատիպ մի տհաճ խոսակցության մեջ պարզապես ասեք հետևյալը՝

Պարզ արտահայտություն է, այնպես չէ՞: Այնուամենայնիվ այն չափազանց էֆեկտիվ է:
- Առաջին հերթին, նմանտիպ հարցադրումը չեզոքացնում է զրուցակցի ցանկացած շահախնդրական նկատառումները:
- Բացի այդ, այս արտահայտությամբ դուք ձեր զրուցակցին հասկացնում եք, որ հետաքրքրված չեք նմանատիպ թեմաներով, իսկ նա էլ իր հերթին ձեր՝ որպես զրուցակցի հանդեպ կորցնում է իր հետաքրքրությունը:
