Ալավերդիում ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Ալավերդի քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձաման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռնարկված ք ննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, եղանակը, մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը։
2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված և զինված երեք անձինք ապօրինի մուտք են գործել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Գայանե Գրիգորյանին պատկանող, Ալավերդի քաղաքի Թումանյան 51/1 հասցեում գործող խանութ և զենքի գործադրմամբ աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր սպառնալիքներ տալով՝ հափշտակել են ոսկյա զարդեր ու դիմել փախուստի:
Նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, եւ ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ մասնակից անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ավազակային հարձակումն իրականացրել են Ս. Հովհաննիսյանը, Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը և Հ. Մարգարյանը, ովքեր 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին` ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված և զինված, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Գ. Գրիգորյանին պատկանող խանութ և զենքի գործադրմամբ խանութում գտնվող երեք աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր սպառնալիքներ տալով` հափշտակել կանացի եւ մանկական ոսկյա զարդեր՝ պատճառելով ընդհանուր առմամբ` 2.873.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս, ապա «Նիսսան Սքայլայն» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել փախուստի:
Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ փախուստն իրականացնելու ընթացքում առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք ավտոմեքենայով բախվել են Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակչի վարած «Գազ 2410» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ինչից հետո ուղեւորվել են դեպի «Մադան» կոչվող թաղամաս՝ Ջիլիզա անտառների ուղղությամբ։ Այնուհետեւ ավտոմեքենան կայանել են անմարդաբնակ մի տարածքում եւ հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով այրել հանցագործության կատարման ժամանակ իրենց հագին եղած հագուստները, ոսկյա զարդերի պիտակները եւ շարունակել փախուստը ոտքով։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ավազակային հարձակման մասնակիցներից երկուսը հայտնաբերվել են նույն օրը, իսկ երրորդն օրեր անց ներկայացել է ինքնակամ։
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ Ա. Մարտիրոսյանին, Հ. Մարգարյանին ու Ս. Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով, և նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, և գործն ուղարկվել դատարան:
