 Միշտ խոսք է գնացել կուսակցությունների, նրանց ծրագրերի, կարգախոսների, դեմքերի մասին, սակայն ընտրողների մասին ոչ ոք լուրջ չի մտածում. նրանք մոռացված են: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` մարտի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման դիտարկում արեց Հայաստանի կառավարման ակադեմիայի կառավարման հոգեբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ, պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Աղուզումցյանը: Նրա խոսքով` կուսակցություններն աշխատ ում են գրավել ընտրողներին, բայց թե ինչ ապրումներ, մտքեր է ունենում ընտրողը` դրա մասին չի խոսվում:

Աղուզումցյանի կարծիքով` ամենակարևորն ընտրողն է ու նրա հոգեբանական վիճակը: «Բոլոր հարցերի լուծումը կայանում է նրանում թե ինչ աստիճանի զարգացած է այս կամ այն կուլտուրան: Մեր բնակչության քաղաքական կուլտուրան բարձր չէ, այստեղից կարող են լինել բազմաթիվ սխալ պատկերացումներ, որոշումներ: Կուլտուրան չի բարձրացվում մեկ օրվա ընթացքում, սակայն կարելի է խորհուրդ տալ, որպեսզի ընտրողը կարողանա ավելի ճիշտ կողմնորոշվել: Օրինակ, դրանցից մեկը վերաբերում է նրան, որ ինքնուրույն որոշում ընդունվի: Բոլոր փոքր ազգերում միջանձնային հարաբերություններն ա վելի ամուր ու սերտ են: Այսինքն` մենք ավելի շատ ենք մեկս մյուսի վրա ազդում, քան մեծ ազգերում: Այդ առումով ուրիշների ասածին ավելի մեծ տեղ ենք տալիս, քան մեր: Արդյունքում մարդիկ ընտրում են ուրիշի ազդեցության տակ, հետո` բողոքում»,- ասաց նա:

Աղուզումցյանը ցանկություն հայտնեց, որպեսզի ընտրողները լինեն ինքնուրույն: Մեր ազգն այնքան խելամիտ է, որ կարող է կողմնորոշվել ինչ է ճիշտ ինչը սուտ: Նրա դիտարկումներ` կա հոգեբանական օրինաչափություն` շատ քանակով մարդկանց կարելի է խաբել քիչ ժամանակ, քիչ քանակով մարդկանց` երկար ժամանակ: Ըստ հոգեբանի` պետք է ճիշտ կողնորոշում ունենալ, իսկ այն ինքնուրույն որոշման մեջ է:

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ նույնիսկ սեր ու հարգանք ունեցող ընտանիքներում առաջ են գալիս բարդություններ: «Ընտանիքի անդամներն իրենց ձայնը տալիս են տարբեր թեկնածուների և արդյունքում` ընտանիքում տեղի ունենում հոգեբանական մթնոլորտի ստեղծում: Մարդիկ մոռանում են, որ ընտրություններից հետո կյանք կա: Մարդիկ օտարացած են լինում միմյանցից: Կցանկանայի, որ այս հուզական վիճակն ընտրություններից հետո չլինի: Մարդկային փոխհարաբերություններն ամեն ինչից վեր են»,- հավելեց Հայաստանի կառավարման ակադեմիայի կառավարման հոգեբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ Ռուբեն Աղու զումցյանը:

«PR-ի զարգացման հայկական կենտրոն»-ի ղեկավար, PR-խորհրդատու Հայկ Կիրակոսյանի կարծիքով` ավելի պատեհ կլիներ, որ քաղաքական գործիչներին անվանեինք քաղաքական դերասաններ, քանի որ այս մարդկանց զգալի մասը տարիներ շարունակ զբաղվել են իրենց տարբեր ոլորտային գործունեություններով, իսկ այժմ մասնակցում են ընտրություններին և արագ տրանսֆորմացվում են քաղաքական գործիչների:

«Քաղաքական գործիչների մի մասի դեմքից զգացվում է, որ նրանց զոռով են բերել ընտրություններին մասնակցելու: Հատկանշական է, որ երևույթը կոչվում է ընտրություն, բայց այն վայրը, որտեղ մենք դա կատարում ենք` քվեախուց: Ինձ թվում է խուց բառը այլ ասոցիացիաներ է առաջացնում»,- ասաց նա:
