Բնական հիանալի միջոց՝ հոդացավից մեկընդմիշտ ազատվելու համար

Եթե հոդացավը հաճախ է անհանգստացնում, հիմա էլ անձրևները կրկնապատկում են տառապանքը, ծանրության զգացումը, հին վնասվածքներն ու հոդերի քրոնիկ հիվանդությունները նեղում են, ապա թանկարժեք դեղերի փոխարեն, որոնք այնքան էլ արդյունավետ չեն, որքան ակնկալում ենք, փորձեք մի քանի բնական ու տնական միջոցներ:
Ահա մի միջոց, որը կօգնի ազատվել ցավից, արթրիտից, արթրոզից ու օստեոխոնդրոզից՝ այն բոլոր խնդիրներից, որոնք կապված են հոդերի, ոսկրահյուսվածքի ու մկանների հետ:
Բաղադրիչները
- 300 մլ սպիրտ
- 1 սրվակ քաֆուրի սպիրտ (10 մլ)
- մեկ սրվակ յոդ (10 մլ)
- 10 հաբ անալգին
Պատրաստումը
Բոլոր բաղադրիչները խառնել և դնել մութ տեղ, 21 օր, որից հետո քսուքն արդեն պատրաստ է կիրառման համար:
Այս միջոցը կօգնի թեթևացնելու ցավը ու կազատի հոդերում անհարմարության զգացումից:
Ահա մեկ այլ միջոց
- 50 գ քաֆուր
- 50 գ մանանեխի փոշի
- 50 մլ սպիրտ
- 3 ձվի սպիտակուց
Պատրաստումը
Սպիրտի մեջ լուծել քաֆուրը, ապա ավելացնել մանանեխը, իսկ առանձին ամանի մեջ հարել սպիտակուցը, որը նախապես պետք է սառեցնել:
Բաղադրիչները խառնել ու ստացված քսուքը պահել սառնարանում: Քնելուց առաջ քսուքը ներմերսել հիվանդ հոդերին, ապա վրայից շալ փաթաթել ու թողնել ողջ գիշեր:
Առաջին իսկ անգամից հետո զգալի թեթևացում կլինի, իսկ լրիվ ցավերից ազատվելու համար նման 8-10 մերսում պետք է կատարել:
