Ինչպե՞ս պարզել բերանից տհաճ հոտ գալիս է, թե ոչ

Բնականաբար ամենապարզ և միևնույն ժամանակ ամենատհաճ բանը դա զրուցակցից լսելն է. մենք բոլորս էլ խուսափում ենք դրանից։ Բարեբախտաբար կան առավել նպատակահարմար ձևեր՝

  • Վարդագույն և մաքուր լեզուն փաստում է տհաճ հոտի բացակայության մասին, մինչդեռ սպիտակ, փառակալած լեզուն փաստում է ճիշտ հակառակը
  • Եթե ձեռքի տակ գդալ ունեք, ապա այն կարող է մի քանի անգամ քսել լեզվին, թողնել որ չորանան և հետ պարզել հոտի բնույթը
  • Կարող էք լիզել դաստակը և մի քանի վայրկյան հետո պարզել հոտի բնույթը

Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել բերանի տհաճ հոտից

Վատ նորությունն այն է, որ չկա այնպիսի ունիվերսալ մեթոդ, որի օգնությամբ կկարողանաք մեկընդմիշտ ազատվել բերանի տհաճ հոտից։ Դուք ամեն օր սնվում էք, այդ իսկ պատճառով հարկավոր է ամեն օր հետևել բերանի խոռոչը։

Ահա այն հինմական ձևերը, որոնք կօգնեն ձեզ ազատվել տհաճ հոտից։

  • Շատ ջուր խմեք։ Նույնիսկ մի քանի կաթիլ ջուրը կարող է օգնել տհաճ հոտի դեմ պայքարում, քանի որ խոնավ բերանում շատ ավելի քիչ մանրեներ կան քան չոր բերանում։
  • Մաքրեք լեզուն։ Լեզուն մաքրելը հոտի դեմ պայքարի ամենաարդյունավետ եղանակն է։ Լեզվի վրա հավաքվում են տհաճ հոտ առաջացնող մանրեների մեծ մասը, այդ իսկ պատճառով մաքուր լեզուն կնվազեցնի տհաճ հոտը։
  • Օգտագործեք ատամի թել։ Շատ մանրեներ մնում են ատամների արանքում և տհաճ հոտ են առաջացնում։ Թելի օգնությամբ այդ արանքները մաքրելով դուք կմոտենաք թարմ շնչառություն ունենալուն։
  • Ճիշտ սնվեք։ Կան մի շարք մթերքներ, որոնք օգնում են ազատվել բերանի տհաճ հոտից։ Այդպիսիք են՝ նարինջը, կանաչ թեյը, հատապտուղները, խնձորը և այլն։ Շատ մասնագետներ համարում են, որ հոտի դեմ պայքարի լավագույն եղանակը այս մթերքներն են։

Մաստակ ծամելը տհաճ հոտից ազատվելու ամենանօգուտ և հիմար միջոցն է, սակայն կան մի շարք մթերքներ, որոնք կարող էք ծամել մաստակի փոխարեն. այդպիսի մթերքները են անիսը, հիլտ, սամիթը, դարչնի զողերը (փոքր կտոր), մեխակը (ոչ ավել քան 1 հատ) և մաղադանոսը։

Առավելագույն արդյունք ստանալու համար հարկավոր է միարժամանակ կիրառել այս եղանակներից մի քանիսը և մշտապես փոփոխել եղանակների խմբերը՝ հենց ձեզ համար լավագույն մեթոդը գտնելու համար։
