Տվյալ սկզբունքը հիմք է հանդիսանում մարդու միջից ամաչկոտությունն արմատախիլ անելու համար:  Առանց ճիշտ տրամադրության, մենք երբեք ոչինչ չենք կարողանա. հիշեք դա:   Իսկ գլխում պետք է հետեւյալ միտքը լինի եւ հետեւաբար` կենսական կրեդոն. իմ սխալները ոչ մեկին չեն վերաբերում: Այլ խոսքով ասած` մի կառչեք սեփական անձի մասին շրջապատի կարծիքից: Պարզ բան է` ցանկացած առողջ դատող մարդ ուզում է դրական տպավորություն թողնել նրանց վրա, ում հետ  սերտ կապերի մեջ է, ինչպես նաեւ քիչ ծանոթ մարդկանց վրա: Բայց նույնիսկ եթե սխալ եք թույլ տվել` որեւէ սխալ բան եք ասել, անտեղի ծիծաղել եք, շտապելիս սայթաքել եք եւ ընկել բոլորի աչքի առջեւ, ջանացեք յուրացնել մի պարզ ճշմարտություն. խոշոր հաշվով, ակամա ականատեսների կողմից ձեր տհաճություններին մեծ ուշադրությունը, ինչպես նաեւ աչքերում հեգնանքը եւ դժվարությամբ զսպվող ծիծաղը ընդամենը ձեր ակտիվացած երեւակայության արդյունքն են: 

Մենք այնքան անտարբեր աշխարհում ենք ապրում, որ այսօր յուրաքանչյուրը միայն իր եւ իր խնդիրների մասին է մտածում: Այսինքն՝ իզուր եք օտարներից սպասում օգնություն, կարեկցանք եւ նույնիսկ չարախնդություն: Իհարկե, կան խառնվածքներ, որոնք չափից շատ ունեն վերջին «բարիքից», բայց ի վերջո, ինչու պետք է ձեզ անհանգստացնի ինչ-որ մեկի կարծիքը: Ուրիշի կարծիքից կախվածությունն արգելակում է մարդու զարգացումը, նրա առաջխաղացումը դեպի նպատակը, դեպի սոցիալական եւ կարիերային սանդուղքը: Բացառություն է կազմում սոսկ հեղինակավոր, հարգված անձի կառուցողական քննադատությունը:

Վերահսկիր քեզ

Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է սովորել կառավարել սեփական շնչառությունը: Դանդաղորեն եւ խորը ներշնչեք, նույն եղանակով արտաշնչեք եւ անպայման` քթով: Դա ձեզ կօգնի հանգստանալ: 

Մի փորձեք մատները շարժել, տրորել կիսաշրջազգեստի  փեշը. շրջապատողներն անմիջապես կնկատեն, որ դուք ձեզ անհարմար եք զգում, իսկ դա չի կարելի թույլ տալ:  Խոսելիս կամ հռետորություն անելիս (հանրային ելույթի ընթացքում), բառերն արտասանեք առանց շտապելու, վստահ, գործի իմացությամբ. շրջապատի մարդիկ պետք է զգան ձեր բանիմացությունը եւ բարձր ինքնագնահատականը: 

Ավելի հաճախ ժպտացեք, բայց ոչ` չափից ավելի. եթե ամեն անգամ ժպիտով փոխարինեք պատասխանելու կամ պատմելու անհրաժեշտությունը, շրջապատողների մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն կձեւավորվի, թե դուք ի վիճակի չեք երկու բառ իրար կապել: Մի լարվեք, ընդհակառակը, թուլացրեք մկանները. այդպես շփվելն անհամեմատ ավելի հեշտ կլինի:

Շատ արդյունավետ խորհուրդ է. եթե պատմելու կարողություն չունեք, ձեր մեջ «միացրեք» հարցազրուցավարին: Հավատացեք, դա ըստ արժանվույն կգնահատվի ձեր կողքին գտնվողների կողմից: Ճիշտ է, չի կարելի կորցնել չափի զգացումը. այնպիսի գործում, ինչպիսին շփումն է, պնդերեսությունը միայն վնաս կտա:
