Ամալ Քլունի. Բավարար չէ ԴԱԻՇ-ի գրոհայիններին ֆիզիկապես ոչնչացնելը

Բավարար չէ ԴԱԻՇ-ի գրոհայիններին ֆիզիկապես ոչնչացնելը, անհրաժեշտ է արմատախիլ անել նրանց հանգագործությունների հիմքում ընկած գաղափարները: Այս մասին հայտարարել է հայտնի փաստաբան Ամալ Քլունին՝ ՄԱԿ-ում ելույթ ունենալով ԴԱԻՇ-ի հանցագործությունների համար քրեական պատասխանատվության հարցերին նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ:
Հայտնի իրավապաշտպան եւ Բարի կամքի դեսպան Նադիա Մուրադ Բասի Թահան ՄԱԿ-ում ելույթ ունենալիս չի կարողացել արտասուքը զսպել: Նա ծայրահեղականների մոտ ստրկության մեջ է եղել 3 ամիս: Չնայած նրան հասցեագրված սպառնալիքներին, նա շարունակում է աշխարհին պատմել նրանց վայրագությունների մասին, փոխանցում է ՄԱԿ-ի ռադիոն:
«2015 թվականի օգոստոսին ԴԱԻՇ-ի գրոհայիններն առեւանգել են երկու 12 տարեկան եզդի տղայի, երկու եղբայրների՝ Աշադին եւ Ամջադին: Նրանց ստրկության մեջ էին պահում ԴԱԻՇ-ի ճամբարում, այնուհետեւ ուղարկել են վարժանքային ճամբար: Անցած ամիս ԴԱԻՇ-ը հոլովակ է հրապարակել, որում այս տղաները պայթուցիկով լեփ-լեցուն 2 ավտոմեքենա են վարում, որոնք պայթում են Մոսուլում: Համանման ճակատագիր ունեն եզդի ընտանիքների հարյուրավոր տղաներ: Այս երեխաներին վարժեցնում են՝ նրանցից ահաբեկիչ ինքնասպաններ պատրաստելու համար»,- ասել է նա:
Փաստաբան Ամալ Քլունիի խոսքով՝ աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 երկրներում ԴԱԻՇ-ը ահաբեկչություններ է իրագործել կամ կազմակերպել: «Դա վերջին 3 տարիներին հանգեցրել է 2 հազար մարդու մահվան միայն Սիրիայի եւ Իրաքի սահմաններից դուրս»,- ասել է Քլունին՝ հավելելով, որ ԴԱԻՇ խմբավորումն այնքան համոզված է իր անպատժելիությանը, որ անգամ չի թաքցնում իր հանցագործությունների վկայությունները:
«ԴԱԻՇ-ը չարիքի բյուրոկրատիան է, որն իր հետեւից հանցանշանների ամբողջ շլեյֆ է թողնում: Այս հանցագործությունների վկայությունները ոչ մեկը չի հավաքում: ԴԱԻՇ-ի գրոհայիններն իրենց զոհերի մարմինները նետում են ընդհանուր գերեզմանափոսերի մեջ՝ իրենց անգամ նեղություն չտալով այդ փոսերը ծածկել: Նրանք կազմակերպել են մարդկանց վաճառքի, այսպես կոչված, կոմիտեներ: Նրանք հատուկ դատարաններ են ստեղծել, որ կանանց առուվաճառքն օրիականացնեն: Նրանք փաստաթղթավորում են նոր անդամների հավաքագրումը՝ գրանցելով նրանց անունները, հասցեները, հեռախոսահամարները եւ ահաբեկչական գործունեության նախկին փորձը: ԴԱԻՇ-ի գրոհայիները Նադիային հեռախոսային հարղորդագրություններ են ուղարկում՝ նրան հաշվեհարդարով սպառնալով: Ըստ որում՝ նրանք անգամ հեռախոսահամարը չեն թաքցնում, որից ուղարկում են նման հաղորդագրությունները»,- նշել է Քլունին:
Ամալ Քլունին եւ Նադիա Մուրադը հարցով դիմել են ՄԱԿ-ի անդամներին՝ ինչո՞ւ, չնայած բոլոր կոչերին եւ ԴԱԻՇ-ի շարունակվող վայրագություններին, մինչեւ հիմա չի ստեղծվել իրավաբանական մեխանիզմ, որը թույլ կտար այդ հանցագործությունների ապացույցները հավաքել:
