Ներդրումային 109 մլն-անոց «ալիք»՝ Վայոց Ձորում

Վայոց Ձորը ՀՀ մարզերի շարքում աչքի է ընկնում բնակչության ամենափոքր բացարձակ թվով և ամենացածր խտությամբ: Մարզն ունի շատ նպաստավոր աշխարհագրական դիրք` կապում է Հայաստանի մյուս մարզերը Սյունիքի, Արցախի ու Իրանի հետ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Վայոց ձորը գյուղատնտեսական մարզ է. բնակչության 64% բնակվում են գյուղական բնակավայրերում: Մարզն ունի մեծ զբոսաշրջային ներուժ՝ պայմանավորված ինչպես իր հայտնի «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրերով, այնպես էլ պատմամշակութային կոթողներով:
Մարզում է հայտնաբերվել աշխարհի ամենահին կոշիկը և գինու արտադրության համալիրը: Հայտնի է նաև իր գինիներով և խաղողի Արենի տեսակով: Մարզը հարուստ է նաև արդյունահանման ենթակա հարուստ բնական պաշարներով: Վայոց ձորի քաղաքները ունեն ընդգծված գյուղմթերքի արտադրության և վերամշակման ուղղություն: Ջերմուկ քաղաքը հայտնի առողջարանային կենտրոն է:
Սոցիալ-տնտեսական տեսանկյունից Վայոց ձորի մարզը չի տարբերվում հանրապետության մյուս բնակավայրերից: Այս մարզում ևս արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները շատ են: Մարզի տնտեսական զարգացումն աշխուժացնելու նպատակով հարկավոր են ներդրումներ հեռանկարային համարվող ճյուղերում: Հայաստանի տարածքում առաջիկայում նախատեսվում են 3.2 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումներ:
Այս գումարից 830-840 միլիոն ներդրումները լինելու են 2017 թվականին, միայն Վայոց ձորում լինելու է 109 մլն դոլարի ներդրում՝ հաշվի առնելով մարզի հնարավորությունները: Նման ծավալի ներդրումները 2450 աշխատատեղ ստեղծելու նախադրյալներ կստեղծեն:
Ներդրումների իրականացման հարցում հիմնական ուշադրության են արժանանալու հետևյալ 4 ճյուղերը՝ գյուղատնտեսություն՝ կաթի եւ պանրի արտադրություն, խաղողագործությունն ու գինեգործությունը, հանքային ջրի բիզնեսն ու զբոսաշրջությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտի համար արդեն իսկ հատուկ ծրագրեր են մշակվում:
