«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի շուրջ Սարգսյան-Պուտին բանակցություններից պետք է ակնկալել նույնը, ինչ միշտ՝ հայտարարություններ, կոչեր դիվանագիտական մեթոդներով հարցը լուծելու, քաղաքական գործընթացին եւ խաղաղ երկխոսությանը հանձնառու լինելու եւ փոխզիջումներ փնտրելու մասին։ Իրականում Հայաստանին այս իրավիճակում, ըստ էության, ոչինչ պետք չէ, բացի ապահովագրությունից, որ ադրբեջանական բանակն այդ տարածքների խորքեր չի ներթափանցի։ Սակայն Մոսկվան նման երաշխիքներ տալ չի կարող, քանի որ ներկայումս, երբ նախապատրաստվում է այս այցը, ԼՂ հակամարտությունն արդեն սեփական կյանքը, ավելի ճիշտ, մահն է ապրում»,- «168 ժամ»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել ռուս քաղաքագետ Գրիգորի Տրոֆիմչուկը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի Մոսկվա այցի Ղարաբաղյան թեմային։
Նա նշել է, որ հանրաքվեն, որն անցկացվեց վերջերս, ներկայիս իրավիճակի մասին շատ ավելի շատ է խոսում, քան մնացած բոլոր զարգացումները՝ Հայաստանն ու իր ղարաբաղյան ընկերները փորձում են իրենք կարգավորել այս հարցերը՝ հույսեր չկապելով որեւէ մեկի հետ։ «Բայց ցանկանում եմ ասել, որ այս կարգավորումների արդյունքներից կօգտվեն առաջին հերթին՝ արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերը եւ բավականին մոտ ապագայում, քանի որ Սպիտակ տանն այլեւս դեմոկրատ Օբաման չէ, այլ նոր, շատ ավելի կտրուկ Վաշինգտոնը։ Ուստի Արցախյան հանրաքվեն, որն ուղղված էր նախկին ադրբեջանական արմատներից ազատվելուն, օգտագործվելու է նրանց կողմից ողջ ծավալով»,- պնդել է Գրիգորի Տրոֆիմչուկը։
Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է Մոսկվան իրեն դիրքավորելու հայաստանյան գործընթացներում, արդյոք Մոսկվան կատարելո՞ւ է խաղադրույքներ հայաստանյան ինչ-ինչ ուժերի վրա, նա պատասխանել է.
«Նման իրավիճակներում Մոսկվան իրեն ստանդարտ ձեւով է դրսեւորում, նա միշտ աջակցում է գործող իշխանություններին։ Ներկայումս հույս կա, որ ՀՀ նախագահի՝ կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգին անցում կատարելու ծրագիրը կաշխատի, ինչպես եւ ծրագրել են դրա նախաձեռնողները։ Իրավիճակի ոչ ստանդարտ զարգացման հնարավորության մասին քչերն են մտածում, քանի որ դա չափազանց բարդ է եւ որեւէ մեկին այս պահի դրությամբ անհրաժեշտ չէ»։
