Նյու Յորքում եւ Նյու Ջերսիի նահանգում արտակարգ դրություն Է հայտարարվել վերահաս ձնաբքի պատճառով, որը ԱՄՆ-ի արեւելյան ծովափ կհասնի մարտի 14-ին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Ձնամրրիկը, ինչպես սպասվում Է, Նյու Յորք կբերի շուրջ 60 սանտիմետր տեղումներ, քամու արագությունը տեղ-տեղ կհասնի ժամում 96 կիլոմետրի:
ԱՄՆ-ի խոշորագույն քաղաքում փակ կլինեն դպրոցները, կչեղարկվեն ինքնաթիռների չվերթերը: Նյու Յորքում արտակարգ դրություն Է հայտարարել քաղաքագլուխ Բիլ դե Բլազիոն:
