Մատուցվում է: Անմիջապես Նախն. ժամանակ: 30-35 րոպե Պատրաստման ժամանակ: 40-45 րոպե Բաղադրիչներ Բիսկվիթի համար՝ ձու - 6 հատ շաքարավազ - 160 գր մեղր - 2 ճ/գդ ալյուր - 190 գր Միջուկի համար՝ խտացրած կաթ եփված - 1 տուփ կարագ - 150 գր Ջնարակի համար՝ շաքարավազ - 4 ճ/գդ ջուր - 6 ճ/գդ կակաո - 20 գր կարագ - 30 գր Պատրաստման եղանակ Ձվերը, շաքարավազն ու մեղրը նվազագույնը 10 րոպե հարում ենք մինչ ստանանք խիտ սպիտակ զանգված (խմորը մոտ 4 անգամ պետք է ավելանա): Այնուհետև զգուշորեն ալյուր ենք լցնում և վերից-վար շարժումներով խառնում: Լցնում ենք ձևամանի մեջ: Թխում ենք 170-180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում: Փայտիկով փորձում ենք, եթե այն բիսկվիթի միջից չոր դուրս գա, ուրեմն խմորը պատրաստ է: Խմորը սառեցնում ենք, այնուհետև ձևամանից հանում: Եփած խտացրած կաթը հարում ենք 150 գր կարագի հետ: Բիսկվիթը բաժանում ենք 3 շերտի և յուրաքանչյուր շերտը պատում կրեմով: Վերջին շերտի վրա կրեմ չենք քսում: Պատրաստում ենք ջնարակը: Կարագը լցնում ենք կաթսայի մեջ և հալեցնում, ավելացնում ենք շաքարավազը, ջուրն ու կակաոն։ Մոտ մեկ րոպե թույլ կրակի վրա անընդհատ խառնելով եփում ենք, որպեսզի գնդիկներ չմնան։ Տորթի վերևամասում ջնարակ ենք լցնում և մեջտեղի հատվածում ընկույզ ցանում: Կարող ենք անմիջապես համտեսել: Բարի ախորժակ: Ի դեպ, կարող եք բիսկվիթ պատաստելիս, ձվի սպիտակուցներն ու դեղնուցները առանձին հարել, այնուհետև միացնել իրար:
