ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում մարտի 14-ին Շիրակի մարզի Առափի համայնքի գյուղապետ Ալբերտ Այվազյանը և ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող «Գրաս Ռուդ» ծրագրի շրջանակում ստորագրեցին Առափի գյուղում ջրահեռացման համակարգի կառուցման դրամաշնորհային պայմանագիրը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից Շիրակի մարզի ակտիվ սողանքային գոտում գտնվող Առափի համայնքին տրամադրվում է դրամաշնորհ գյուղում ջրահեռացման համակարգ կառուցելու նպատակով: Համակարգը թույլ կտա հեռացնել գրունտային ջրերը՝ չեզոքացնելով սողանքի առաջացման վտանգը: Նախկինում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ի կողմից գյուղում իրականացվել են սողանքների կայունացման աշխատանքներ:
Նշենք, որ «Գրաս Ռուդ» ծրագրին զուգահեռ ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճկենրի նախարարությունն ու Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունն իրականցրել են «Սողանքային աղետի կառավարման» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում իրականացվել է հանրապետության տարածքում առկա սողանքային ակտիվ գոտիների ուսումնասիրություն և գույքագրում:
