«Տաթևի դարպասների» խելահեղ ծրագիրը

Սյունիքը բավարար ենթակառուցվածքներով ապահոված չէ, ինչն էլ դժվարացնում է մարզի տնտեսական զարգացման գործընթացը: Ուստի մարզում նոր ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծումն ունի հրատապ նշանակություն: Այս տեսանկյունից եզակի նախագիծ է «Տաթևի դարպասներ» ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է «Տաթևեր» ճոպանուղու «Հալիձոր» կայանի շրջակա տարածքում կառուցել «Տաթևի դարպասներ» համալիրը, որի մեջ կներառվեն տեղեկատվական, ժամանցային և սպասարկման ենթակառուցվածքներ ու ծառայություններ՝ նպաստելով այցելուների քանակի աճին, ծառայությունների տեսակների ավելացմանը և դրանց որակի բարձրացմանը:
Նախագծի առաջին փուլով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել այցելուների կենտրոն, ազգային խոհանոցն ու ավանդույթները ներկայացնող սննդի օբյեկտներ, հին ավանդական հայկական խաղերի և զվարճանքի կենտրոն:
Ծրագրի իրականացումը նախատեսում է 6 ռազմավարական ուղղությամբ շուրջ 95 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ, որի արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի ստեղծել մոտ 1500 նոր աշխատատեղ, իսկ տարածաշրջան այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը կքառապատկվի՝ հասնելով տարեկան 400 հազարի: Նշենք, որ «Տաթևեր» ճոպանուղու «Հալիձոր» կայանի հարակից տարածքում ենթակառուցվածքային խնդիրների լուծելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է միջոցներ ներգրավել նաև միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններից:
