ԱՀ ԱԳ նախարարը Հունաստանում անդրադարձել է Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացին

Հունաստան կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում մարտի 13-ին Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանն Աթենքում հանդիպել է ՀՅԴ Հունաստանի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի անդամների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև Հունաստանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ֆադեյ Չարչօղլյանը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից, ԱԳ նախարարը ներկայացրել է  Արցախում առկա իրավիճակը և արձանագրված ձեռքբերումները, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձ կատարել Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացին և ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ներկա փուլին։

Կարեն Միրզոյանը կարևորել է ՀՅԴ կառույցի հետևողական գործունեությունը՝ ուղղված Հունաստանում Արցախի մասին իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանն ու նրա շահերի պաշտպանությանը։ Կողմերը նշել են առկա համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը և քննարկել դրա զարգացման ու խորացման ուղղությամբ հետագա անելիքները։

Նույն օրը «Արամ Մանուկյան» ակումբում տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարի հանդիպումը Հունաստանի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որի ընթացքում Կարեն Միրզոյանն անդրադարձել է 2016 թ. ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիային և դրա հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Նախարարը ներկայացրել է նաև Արցախում տեղի ունեցող ժողովրդավարական զարգացումները, մասնավորապես, համաժողովրդական հանրաքվեի միջոցով նոր սահմանադրության ընդունումը, որը կոչված է նպաստելու Արցախում ժողովրդավարական արժեքների արմատավորմանը, մարդու իրավունքների, հիմնարար ազատությունների և օրենքի գերակայության ապահովմանը, կառավարման համակարգի կատարելագործմանն ու ինքնիշխանության ամրապնդմանը։

Բարձր գնահատելով սփյուռքյան կառույցների դերը համահայկական նշանակության խնդիրների լուծման գործում՝ Կարեն Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի օրերին ողջ աշխարհի հայության կողմից Արցախին ցուցաբերված զորակցությունը Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք անքակտելի միասնության վառ ապացույցն է։
