«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կովկասի պատմության կենտրոնը Բաքվում մեկնարկել է «Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտություն. սկզբնաղբյուրները, խաղաղասիրություն և քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերը» միջազգային կոնֆերանսը, որին, Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի, ՌԴ–ի, Թուրքիայի, Ուկրաինայի, Շվեդիայի և Ուզբեկստանի պատվիրակներից բացի, մասնակցում են հայեր. Վահե Ավետյանը՝ Շվեդիայից, Սյուզան Ջաղինյանը՝ Հայաստանից, Արթուր Աղաջանովը՝ Ուկրաինայից: Ըստ կազմակերպիչների՝ կոնֆերանսը խաղաղասիրական առաքելությանն աշխարհի քաղաքագիտական հանրությանը ներգրավելու նպատակն ունի, և շատերն են մեծ հետաքրքրությամբ սպասում հայազգի պատվիրակների ելույթներին: Մասնավորապես, Աղաջանովը հանդես կգա՝ «Ղարաբաղյան քրիստոնյաները՝ հանուն իրենց պատմության և Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանության վերականգնման», Ավետյանը՝ «Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը, որպես ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման արգելք» ելույթներով, բայց կոնֆերանսը սոսկ Արցախով չի սահմանափակվի:
Օրինակ՝ Թուրքիայից Մեհմեթ Փերինչեքը հանդես կգա «Գրիգոր Արծրունին և հայկական ազգայնամոլության ու ռասիզմի արմատները», Գուրամ Մարխուլիան՝ «Բաղրամյանի գումարտակը՝ հայկական դավաճանության խորհրդանիշ», ՌԴ–ից Օլեգ Կուզնեցովը՝ «Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմը որպես մարդկության պատմության մեջ առաջին ահաբեկչական պատերազմ», ադրբեջանցի Շուհրաթ Սալամովը՝ «Դաշնակցական ահաբեկչությունը և Ադրբեջանում Թուրքեստանի պատմությունը» ելույթներով և այլն, ինչն ապացուցում է, որ խաղաղության կեղծ հարթակի իրական կազմակերպիչն Իլհամ Ալիևն է, մեծ եղբոր՝ Թուրքիայի օժանդակությամբ:
Նշենք նաև, որ Ադրբեջանից կոնֆերանսին մասնակցում են Ալիևի աշխատակազմի բաժնի ղեկավար Ֆուադ Ախունդովը, ԱԳԱԱ–ի թղթակից անդամ, ակադեմիկոս Ֆարիդա Մամեդովան, նախագահին առընթեր Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ֆարհադ Մամեդովը, Ազգամիջյան, մուլտիմշակութային հարցերով Պետխորհրդատուի ծառայության գլխավոր խորհրդատու, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Հաջար Վերդիևան, Կովկասի պատմության կենտրոնի աշխատակից Էլշադ Ալիլին, ԱԳԱԱ–ի Իրավունքի և մարդու իրավունքների ինստիտուտի աշխատակից Աբաս Իսլամովը, Թելման Գասիմովը՝ «Kavkaz Times» հանդեսից, Ալբանա–ուդինական քրիստոնեական համայնքի նախագահ, Բաքվի ՊՀ–ի պրոֆեսոր Ռոբերտ Մոբիլին, Պնախարարությանն առընթեր Նոր կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Շամիլ Սուլեյմանլին և այլք։
