Վենեսուելայում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է հայտարարվել

Վենեսուելայի ընդդիմադիր Ազգային ասամբլեան մարտի 14-ին միաձայն բանաձեւ Է ընդունել երկրում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մասին, ինչպես նաեւ հավանություն Է տվել պարենի մատակարարման խնդիրների հետաքննության հանձնախմբի ստեղծմանը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավար Խուլիո Բորխեսի խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը փորձում Է թաքցնել իսկական աղետալի դրությունը, որում հայտնվել են վենեսուելացիները: «Տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ կառավարությունն արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարեր հումանիտար ոլորտում, բայց նա փորձում Է թաքցնել ճշմարտությունը եւ քայքայել արտադրությունը»,- մեջբերում Է Բորխեսի խոսքը Nacional պորտալը:
Ազգային ասամբլեայի ղեկավարը հայտարարել Է, որ խորհրդարանն իշխանություններից պահանջում Է բացել հատուկ հումանիտար ուղի, որով երկիրը կարող Է ստանալ արտասահմանյան օգնություն՝ Վենեսուելայում աղքատության, սովի եւ չքավորության հիմնախնդրի լուծման համար:
Վենեսուելայում մի շարք ապրանքների պակասություն Է նկատվում սրընթաց գնաճի եւ պետության եկամուտների անկման պայմաններում, ինչը պայմանավորված Է նավթի գների իջեցմամբ, ինչպես նաեւ իշխանության գործադիր եւ օրենսդիր ճյուղերի միջեւ ինստիտուցիոնալ ճգնաժամով, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
