Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործընթացը պարզեցվում է

Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործընթացը պարզեցնելու, փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը նվազեցնելու նպատակով իրականացվում են բարեփոխումներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալության պետ Արգամ Ստեփանյանը:
«Գործում է միասնական էլեկտրոնային համակարգ, որի շնորհիվ վկայականները, տեղեկանքները պատրաստվում են բացառապես էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով: Բոլոր համայնքներում գործող քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման մարմինները հագեցվել են անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներով: էլեկտրոնային համակարգն ինտեգրվել է բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրին, սոցիալական ծառայություններին, բանկային ոլորտին, ինչը թույլ է տալիս բացառել ընտրացուցակներում մահացած մարդկանց առկայությունը, մահացած անձանց կենսաթոշակների վճարումը, նվազեցվում են մահվան և ծն նդի միանվագ վճարների ստացման համար անհրաժեշտ քայլերն ու փաստաթղթերը»,-ասաց Արգամ Ստեփանյանը:
2017 թվականի հունվարից քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման համակարգին համակցվել է առողջապահության համակարգը, որի հիմնական նպատակն է ծննդի, մահվան մասին վկայագրեր ստանալու գործառույթների պարզեցումը, սպասարկման բարելավումը:
«Երբ երեխան ծնվում է, ծնողը երեխայի փաստաթուղթը տանում է քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գրասենյակ: Հիմա այդ փաստաթուղթը լրացվում է էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով և նույն ճանապարհով փոխանցվում գրանցման մարմնին: Ներկայում քաղաքացին պարզապես պետք է համապատասխան կտրոն ներկայացնի գրանցման մարմնին, մնացած անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները ներբեռնվում են էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով»,-ասաց նա:
Մեկ այլ փոփոխության մասին. օտարերկրյա պետությունում ամուսնություն գրանցելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել տեղեկանք ընտանեկան կարգավիճակի մասին: Նախկինում քաղաքացին այդ տեղեկանքը վերցնում էր գրանցման գրասենյակից, ներկայացնում Արդարադատության նախարարություն, սպասում մի քանի օր այդ փաստաթուղթը ստանալու համար: Ներկայում քաղաքացին միանգամից դիմում է նախարարություն, որտեղ մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ տեղեկանքը տրամադրվում է: Ի դեպ, այն տրամադրվում է ռուսերեն և անգլերեն լեզուներով, որպեսզի քաղաքացին տեղեկանքը հավելյալ չտնի նոտարական գրասենյակ թարգմանելու համար:
