ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում 28.07.2016թ.-ին հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Ախուրյանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ավագ օպերլիազոր Արման Սարգսյանն ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել և իր աշխատասենյակում պահել խոշոր չափի «տրամադոլ» տեսակի հոգեմետ դեղամիջոց: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվակ ան ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ ոստիկանության օպերլիազորը, խախտելով «Թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ /հոգեներգործուն/ նյութերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով և ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգը, Ազատան գյուղի բնակիչ Ա. Ամբարդարյանից ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել և իր աշխատասենյակում առանց իրացնելու նպատակի ապօրինի պահել խոշոր չափի տրամադոլ տեսակի հոգեմետ ակտիվ բաղադրատարր պարունակող 8 սրվակ դեղամիջոց, որոնք հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են 23.12 .2016թ.-ին` օպերլիազորի աշխատասենյակի խուզարկության արդյունքում:
Այսպիսով, խոշոր չափերի հոգեմետ նյութեր ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու և պահելու համար ոստիկանության օպերլիազոր Արման Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 268-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին` այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
