Հունական ընկույզի օգտակարության մասին լեգենդներ են շրջանառվում ժողովրդական բժկության մեջ:
Խթանում է գլխուղեղի աշխատանքը: Հունական ընկույզում պարունկավող մեծ քանակությամբ օմեգա-3 ճարպային թթուները մասնակցում են գլխուղեղի բջիջների ձևավորմանը:
Հունական ընկույզը շատ կալորիական է: 100 գ. մթերքը պարունակում է 654 կալորիա, ինչը 2 անգամ ավել է, քան մակարոնի կամ հնդկաձավարի կալորիականությունը: Ընկույզը դանդաղ է մարսվում, երկար ժամանակով բավարարում է: Ավելի լավ ոչիինչ չկա ստամոքսի գործունեությունը պահպանելու համար, քան նախաճաշի և ճաշի միջև ընկույզ ուտելը, քանի որ օրվա առաջին կեսին այդ սնունդն ավելի հեշտ է յուրացվում: Դա կպահպանի էներգետիկ հավասարակշռությունը և ստամոքսը դատարկ չի թողնի:
Նվազեցնում է սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը: Գիտնականներն ապացուցել են, որ հունական ընկույզը բարելավում է անոթների մակերեսի բջիջների շերտի աշխատանքը: Այն նաև կայունացնում է արյան ճնշման մակարդակը և խոչընդոտում է արյան մեջ մակարդուկների առաջացմանը, ինչը նվազեցնում է տրոմբերի առաջացման ռիսկը:
Հունական ընկույզով թուրմն օգտագործում են սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունների՝ ստենոկարդիայի, առիթմիայի, ինֆարկտի բուժման և կանխարգելման համար:
Կոսմետոլոգիայում օգտագործվում է հունական ընկույզի յուղը, այն կիրառում են ոչ միայն բժշկական նպատակներով, այլև կոսմետիկ, քանի որ այն երիտասարդացնող ազդեցություն ունի մաշկի վրա, ամրացնում է մազերն ու եղունգները: Դրա հիմքով պատրաստում են հակաբորբոքային դիմակ, որը հարմար է ցանկացած տեսակի մաշկի համար: Այդ յուղը շատ հեշտությամբ է ներծծվում, մաշկը դարձնում է մետաքսանման և վերականգնող հատկություն ունի:
Օրգանիզմը հարստացնում է յոդով: Յոդի բարձր պարունկությունը բացատրում է հունական ընկույզի օգտակարությունը վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդություններով տառապող մարդկանց համար: Ինչպես գիտենք՝ յոդը կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունն օրգանիզմում, առանց դրա մեր կյանքը հնարավոր չէ: Ավելի շատ հունական ընկույզ ուտել խորհուրդ է տրվում գրանիտի առկայությամբ տարածքներում և բարձր ճառագայթային ֆոնով գոտիներում ապրող մարդկանց:
Ընկույզի բարձր կալորիականությունը վտանգավոր է մի մեծ աման ուտելու դեպքում, ինչը գործնականում անհնար է, քանի որ այս մթերքը շատ հագեցնող է: 3-5 ընկույզը բավարար է օրգանիզմին և կազմվածքին օգնելու համար. հունական ընկույզը լավացնում է նյութափոխանակությունը:
