«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամը և Հայաստանի «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպությունը մարտին 15–ին հայ–ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամ ստեղծելու համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել։ Կողմերը մտադիր են մշակել ներդրումային գրավչություն ունեցող ծրագրեր` նպաստելով երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական և ներդրումային համագործակցության խորացմանը և Եվրասիական տնտեսական տարածքում Հայաստանի ինտեգրմանը:
Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Կիրիլ Դմիտրևը նշել է, որ ստեղծվելիք հիմնադրամը կնպաստի զարգացնել, ինչպես գյուղատնտեսությունը, արդյունաբերական արտադրությունը, այնպես էլ տրանսպորտային և լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքները:
«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքով պատգամավորության թեկնածու առաջադրված տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը, ով այս օրերին զբաղված է ակտիվ քարոզչական աշխատանքով «Փաստին» ասաց, որ նմանատիպ ծրագրերի իրականացումը Հայաստանի համար չափազանց կարևոր է:
«Ներդրումներն ընդհանրապես ազգային կամ կուսակցական պատկանելություն չունեն: Եվ նման ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներգրավելու միջոցով մենք կկարողանանք որոշակի գործունեություն իրականացնել, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից բիզնես միջավայր ստեղծել: Եթե հայաստանյան ՓՄՁ–ները մինչ օրս ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ չունենալու պատճառով չեն կարողացել համաչափ զարգանալ, ապա ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամի օժանդակությամբ հնարավոր կլինի Հայաստանում զարգացնել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրությունը»,– ասաց Վ. Բոստանջյանը:
Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ Հայաստանն այդ ոլորտի զարգացման ներուժ ունի, որը կկարողանա զարգանալ համապատասխան ֆինանսական ներդրումներ կատարելու շնորհիվ: Եվ այն նաև թույլ կտա «ժանգոտված» ընկերություններին վերակազմակերպվել ու զարգանալ:
«Արաբական Էմիրությունները 50 տարի առաջ միայն ավազ և ուղտերի քարավաններ ուներ, իսկ հիմա այն հայտնի է իր զարգացած ենթակառուցվածքներով ու տնտեսությամբ: Այդ ամենը տեղի է ունեցել ներդրումների շնորհիվ: Եվ եթե ցանկություն կա ներդրումներ իրականացնել հայաստանյան ՓՄՁ–ներում, ապա դա պետք է ոչ թե քննադատել, այլ՝ միայն ողջունել»,– ասաց Վ. Բոստանջյանը:
