ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորում է մասնավոր ընկերություններին տրամադրվող արտոնությունների դեպքում երկկողմ պարտավորությունների կատարման վերահսկողությունը: Կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Թայգր գրուպ» ընկերությանը արտոնություններ տրամադրելու որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու հարցը: ««Թայգր գրուպ»-ն իր ներդրումային ծրագրերի շրջանակում, որը որ հաստատվել էր ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից և,որը կազմո ւմ է մոտ 11 միլիարդ դրամ, ընդլայնում է ներդրումային ծրագիրը 200 մլն դրամով, ուստի առաջարկվում է համապատասխան փոփոխություններ կատարել արտոնություններ տրամադրելու նախագծում՝ ընդլայնելով սահմանված ապրանքախմբերի ցանկը», - ասաց Սուրեն Կարայանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետը հետաքրքրվեց ՝ հստակ սահմանվե՞լ են պարտավորությունները: «Մենք պայմանավորվել էինք, որ ՊԵԿ-ի հետ դուք հստակ մեխանիզմ եք կարգավորելու, որի դեպքում արտոնությունների ժամանակացույցի և պարտավորությունների խախտման դեպքերը հստակ կֆիքսվեն, ոչ թե ժամանակ առ ժամանակ մենք վերլուծենք, հասկանանք՝ պարտավորությունները մենք, իրենք կատարել են, թե ոչ: Այդ մեխանիզմը դրվա՞ծ է արդեն», - հարցրեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը։
Սուրեն Կարայանը և ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վարդան Միրումյանը տվեցին դրական պատասխաններ: Կարեն Կարապետյանը շեշտեց, որ դա պետք է դնել ավտոմատ ռեժիմի։
