Այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը քարոզարշավի շրջանակներում հանդիպեց Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքի բնակիչների հետ։

ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ խոսելով դաշինքի առաջարկած ծրագրային 15 կետերի մասին, Ծառուկյանն ասաց, որ այդ 15 կետերն անձամբ ինքն է գրել՝ խորհրդակցելով համապատասխան ոլորտների մասնգետների հետ։

«Նայեք՝ աշխարհում բանկերի ավանդները 3-5% էին, ճգնաժամի շրջանում՝ 0.6-.08, իսկ Հայաստանում 12 % է», ասաց Ծառուկյանը՝ հավելելով, որ պետք է բյուջեի գումարները նպատակային ծախսվեն, բանկային ոլորտը կարգավորվի, իսկ ավանդների տոկոսները նվազեցվեն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօր մարդիկ երկարաժամկետ պլաններ չեն կազմում, որովհետև զբաղված են օրվա հացի փնտրտուքով։

«Պետք է ուշադիր, հետևողական նայեք մարդու արած գործը։ Դուք պետք է նայեք՝ մարդը պատգամավոր դառնալով բան կփոխի՞, նա պետք է կարողանա համակարգ փոխի։ Ես դա կկարողանամ, երբ դուք ինձ տաք 50+1 % ձայն»,- ասաց Գագիկ ծառուկյանը՝ շեշտելով՝ հայաստանյան բոլոր խնդիրներին ինքը լավ է տիրապետում։

«Այսօր վախից Ծառուկյանին ասում են՝ բան խոսք չտաս, դրա համար՝ ասում եմ գնացեք թեկնածուների մոտ, ժողովուրդ ջան, տեսեք՝ վախից ինչ են անում. ասում են, թե դատի կտան ինձ»,- ասաց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԿԸՀ հայտարարություններին, թե խոսք տալն արդեն իսկ նախընտրական կաշառք է։

Նշենք, որ Արթիկում ոչ թե Ծառուկյանը նվերներ մատուցեց, այլ ընդունեց. նրան բանաստեղծություն ձոնեցին, պարային գեղեցիկ համարով հանդես եկան։
