Ընտրատեղամասերում տեխնիկական սպասարկում կիրականացնեն նաև Հայաստանի ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցները

Համաձայն ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի՝ հունվարի 11-ի N 5-Ն որոշման՝ տեխնիկական սարքավորումը սպասարկող մասնագետների ընտրության, դիմումերի ներկայացման, ուսուցման և մասնագիտական գիտելիքների ու աշխատանքային ունակությունների ստուգման կարգը սահմանելու մասին, մեկնարկել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակիցների ուսուցումը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, Շիրակի և Արագածոտնի մարզերում դասընթացների ընթացքին հետևելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱԻ փոխնախարար Դավիթ Կարապետյանն այցելեց մարզկենտրոններ: Անդրադառնալով ուսուցման նպատակին՝ Դ. Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրատեղամասերում լինելու են տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկող մասնագետներ: Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում և Երևանում այժմ ձևավորում է տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկող մասնագետների ռեզերվային խմբեր:
«Ընտրության օրը եթե նախապես գրանցված մասնագետը որևէ ընտրատեղամասում չներկայանա կամ առողջական պատճառներով ստիպված բացակայի տեղամասից, ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցները արագ կարձագանքեն ու կապահովեն տեխնիկական սարքավորումների անխափան աշխատանքը»,-ասաց ԱԻ փոխնախարարը:
Փոխնախարար Կարապետյանը դասընթացի մասնակիցներին հիշեցրեց. «Ընտրությունների օրը ըստ անհրաժեշտության ներգրավվելու դեպքում չպետք է մոռանալ, որ տեխնիկական սարքավորման սպասարկումը ապաքաղաքական և բացառապես տեխնիկական աշխատանք է, որով դուք նպաստում եք ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ընտրելու իրավունքի իրացմանը: Ուստի որևէ ընտրատեղամասից ահազանգի դեպքում պետք է արագ արձագանքել ու որակյալ ծառայություն մատուցել քաղաքացիներին»:
Ըստ որոշման հավելվածի ութերորդ կետի՝ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կարող է կազմակերպել և անցկացնել լրացուցիչ ուսուցում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ համակարգի (այդ թվում առանաձնացված ստորաբաժանումների) ծառայողների հետ և սահմանված կարգով շնորհել մասնագետի որակավորում:
Այդ որոկավորումը ձեռք բերած ՀՀ ԱԻՆ 12 մասնագետ ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից տրամադրված ձեռնարկներով և նմուշ-օրինակով համակարգի աշխատակիցների խմբերին ուսուցանում են սարքի սպասարկումն ու գործարկումը:
