«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա նախորդ տարի 17 միլիոն 736 հազար և 35 հազար ԱՄն դոլար փոխառություններ է հանձնել։
Գաբրիելյանի կինը՝ Հասմիկ Ղահրամանյանը նույնպես նախորդ տարի փոխառություններ է ունեցել։ Իր փոխառությունները կազմել են 20 միլիոն 783 հազար դրամ և 15 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար։
Նախարարի դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարի էականորեն նվազել են։ Տարեսկզբին նա հայտարարագրել էր 3 միլիոն 607 հազար դրամ և 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ տարեվերջին այդ ամենից մնացել էր միայն 2 միլիոն դրամը։ Կնոջ հայտարարագրից տեսնում ենք, որ վերջինիս դրամական միջոցներն էլ ավելացել են՝ 362 հազար 923 դրամից դառնալով 660 հազար։
Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 24 միլիոն 326 հազար դրամ, որից 2 միլիոն 640 հազար դրամը տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսն է, իսկ մնացածն էլ՝ աշխատավարձ։ Նրա կինը հայտարարագրել է գրեթե նույնքան եկամուտներ, այն է՝ 24 միլիոն 432 հազար դրամ։ Սրանից 1 միլիոն 565 հազար դրամը տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսն է, իսկ մնացած գումարն էլ տարեկան աշխատավարձ։
