Արթուր Սարգսյանի մահվան փաստով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել

ՊՊԾ գործով մեղադրյալ Արթուր Սարգսյանի մահվան փաստով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (բժշկական օգնություն ու սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահը) հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Արթուր Սարգսյանը մահացել է մարտի 16-ին՝ սրտանոթային սուր անբավարարության հետեւանքով «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնում:
2016 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին առավոտյան 07:00-ի սահմաններում Արթուր Սարգսյանն իր անձնական մեքենայով ճեղքել էր Ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային գնդի տարածքը շրջապատած ոստիկանական պատնեշը և սնունդ է հասցրել այն գրաված և այդ պահին այնտեղ 10 օր գտնվող զինված խմբի անդամներին։ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ին զինված խմբի կողմից զենքը վայր դնելուց և իրավապահներին հանձնվելուց հետո, Արթուր Սարգսյանը կալանավորվեց և նրան մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 218 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (պատանդ վերցնելը) և 235 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (ապօրինի զենք զինաթերք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը):
Օգոստոսի 5-ին վերաորակավորվեց Արթուր Սարգսյանի (հայտնի է «Հաց բերողը» մականվամբ) մեղադրանքը և նա մեղադրվեց զինված խմբի անդամներին օժանդակելու մեջ։ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին Արթուր Սարգսյանը ազատվեց կալանքից, իսկ 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 9-ին կրկին ձերբակալվեց։ Երկրորդ ձերբակալության առաջին օրվանից Արթուր Սարգսյանն անժամկետ հացադուլ հայտարարեց, ինչի հետևանքով նրա առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատացավ:
