– Պարոն Կարապետյան, ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում քարոզարշավի ընթացքը:
– Նորմալ: Ամեն ինչ գնում է իր հունով:
– Իսկ այս ծեծ ու ջարդը էլի՞ նորմալ է, երբ մարդիկ իրար վրա կրակում են, իրար դանակահարում են, թե՞ դրանք քարոզարշավի պարտադիր բաղկացուցիչներն են:
– Այն, ինչ ես եմ անում 1–ին ընտրատարածքում, նորմալ եմ գնահատում: Իսկ ինչ տեսնում ենք հանրապետությունով մեկ, դա խայտառակություն է: Այն իրականում ցույց է տալիս Ընտրական օրենսգրքի բացերը:
Այս իրավիճակը, ըստ էության, շատ վատ նախադեպ է մեր երկրի համար, որ կարող են այսուհետ էլ նման միջադեպերով քարոզարշավներ տեղի ունենալ:
– Այս երևույթները դիտարկենք միայն բարոյակա՞ն հարթությունում, թե վերջիններս իրենց ազդեցությունը կունենան նաև ընտրությունների արդյունքի վրա:
– Ես չեմ ուզում այժմ կանխատեսումներ անել: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ բոլոր դեպքերում այն փչացնում է նախընտրական մթնոլորտը: Եվ հույս ունեմ, որ այնուամենայնիվ, ազդեցությունը մեծ չի լինի ընտրությունների ընդհանուր արդյունքների վրա:
– Խոսենք անձամբ ձեր քարոզարշավից: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, այսօր ժողովուրդը որքանո՞վ է ընկալում այն գաղափարները, որոնք մատուցում եք հասարակությանը: Այսինքն` որքանո՞վ է ժողովուրդը պատրաստ վերցնելու խաղաղության գաղափարները:
– Փորձում ենք ավելի ու ավելի մեծացնել ժողովրդի այն հատվածը, որի համար ընկալելի կդառնա մեր գաղափարը: Քարոզարշավը մենք տանում ենք հենց այդ ուղղությամբ: Եվ, ասեմ, մեր գաղափարների տարածման շրջանակը կամաց–կամաց ընդլայնվում է:
– Բայց այնքան է ամրացել մարդկանց գիտակցության մեջ այն միտքը, որ հողերը չպետք է տանք, որ հող տվողը դավաճան է: Այս պրիմիտիվ, մակերեսային խոսակցությունը խոչընդոտ չէ՞ ձեզ համար:
– Նախ` հողերը տվողը մենք չենք: Հողերը տվողը կամ չտվողը գործող իշխանությունն է: Թող նման հարցերը ուղղվեն իշխանությանը: Մենք հանդես ենք գալիս խաղաղության կոչով: Իսկ հողերի տալ–չտալու հարցով թող դիմեն Սերժ Սարգսյանին:
– Իսկ ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում ընտրվելու Ձեր շանսերը:
– Բարձր եմ գնահատում:
– Ինչի՞ց ելնելով եք բարձր գնահատում:
– Որովհետև մեր ուղերձը հզոր է, ավելի ու ավելի շատ մարդիկ են ընկալում այն: Այդ առումով ժողովրդի վստահության աստիճանը աստիճանաբար ավելի է բարձրանալու:
