Դոնբասում սպառազինությունները շփման գծից հետ կքաշվեն երկու փուլով. ԵԱՀԿ

Մինսկում համաձայնագիր է ստորագրվել Դոնբասում հակամարտող կողմերի շփման գծից մինչեւ 100 միլիմետր տրամաչափով սպառազինությունները հետքաշման մասին:
Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի իրադրության կարգավորման գծով եռակողմ շփման խմբում (Ուկրաինա-Ռուսաստան-ԵԱՀԿ) ԵԱՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Մարտին Սայդիկը հայտնել է, որ փաստաթուղթը ձեւակերպվել է որպես Մինսկի համաձայնագրերի իրագործման համալիր միջոցառումների լրացում:
Որոշվել է, որ տանկերը, մինչեւ 100 միլիմետր տրամաչափով հրետանին, ինչպես նաեւ մինչեւ 120 միլիմետր տրամաչափով ականանետները շփման գծից պետք է հետ քաշվեն 15 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա:
«Դա եւս մեկ կարեւոր քայլ է այն համաձայնությունների իրագործման համար, որոնք արդեն ձեռք են բերվել Մինսկում: Այդ համաձայնագիրն էական ավանդ կդառնա հրադադարի ռեժիմի եւ ամբողջ Մինսկի գործընթացի ամրապնդման գործում»,- հայտարարել է ԵԱՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչը:
Սպառազինությունների հետքաշման առաջին փուլը «կսկսվի լիակատար հրադադարից երկու օր անց եւ կընդգրկի Լուգանսկի մարզի մեծ գոտի», նշել է Մարտին Սայդիկը:
15 օրվա ընթացքում հետքաշումը կիրականացվի ըստ զենքի տեսակների. նախ հետ կքաշվեն տանկերը, այնուհետեւ՝ հրետանին, ապա նաեւ՝ ականանետները:
