Երբ Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան բանակցություններ սկսեն, ՌԴ-ն աջակցություն կցուցաբերի. Լավրով

Մոսկվան պատրաստ է աջակցել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերություններին, երբ դրանք սկսվեն, և կողջունի մասնավորապես հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացումը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
Ռուս նախարարը Regional Post-Caucasus պարբերականի հետ հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ն կարևոր դեր է խաղացել 2007-2009 թթ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների ապասառեցման գործում, սակայն այնուհետև նորմալացման գործընթացը կանգ է առել։
«Սակայն սկզբունքորեն կարևոր է, որ կողմերը ցուցաբերեն պայմանավորվելու ունակություն և ընդունեն լուրջ, պատասխանատու որոշումներ։ Համոզված եմ, որ Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան ունակ են կարգավորել առկա խնդիրները։ Սակայն շատ բան կախված է հենց նրանցից։ Չէ՞ որ քաղաքական գործիչների որակները որոշվում են ոչ միայն օբյեկտիվ դժվարությունների իրատեսական վերլուծման խորությամբ, այլև լավատես լինելու կարողությամբ՝ վերլուծելու համար իրենց քաղաքացիների հույսերն ու ձգտումները։ Երբ Երևանն ու Անկարան բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ նստեն, Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ կլինի ցուցաբերելու նրանց ամենաակտիվ աջակցությունը»,-ասել է նա։
«Մենք միայն կողջունենք ԵԱՏՄ արտաքին սահմանի հայ-թուրքական հատվածի բացումը՝ մարդկանց, ապրանքների և ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժի համար։ Դա, անշուշտ, օգտակար կլինի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար»,-ընդգծել է Լավրովը։
