Հայաստանն ավանդաբար համարվում է պահպանողական արժեհամակարգ ունեցող պետություն: Այս հանգամանքը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի պատմական ու մշակութային առանձնահատկություններով, այլև մեր ժողվրդի մենթալիտետին բնորոշ գծերով: Այս իրողությունն իր արտացոլումն է գտել նաև քաղաքական կյանքում, որի փայլուն դրսևորումներից մեկը պետք է համարել մարտի 18-ին տեղի ունեցածը. Երևանը հյուրընկալել էր համաշխարհային պահպանողականության առաջատար ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներին. վերջիններս ժամանել էին Հայաստան` կոնֆերանս անցկացնելու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից ղեկավարվող ու խիստ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիների համակրանքը վաստակած քաղաքական ուժի` «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի հետ համատեղ:

Թե ինչ է նշանակում այս իրադարձությունը ոչ միայն առանձին վերցրած ուժի,այլև Հայաստանի համար, բոլորին է պարզ. սույն իրողությունը գալիս է փաստելու,որ Հայաստանը ի դեմս արևմուտքի աջերի, ի դեմս պահպանողականության`առհասարակ, ձեռք է բերում կարևոր դաշնակիցների, ինչը մեծապես նպաստելու է մեր երկրի տեղի ու դերի բարձրացմանը համաշխարհային քաղաքական գործընթացներում: Ինչ վերաբեում է Ծառուկյան դաշինքին, ապա պետք է նշել,որ այսպիսով այս քաղաքական ուժը ձեռք է բերում հզոր գործընկերների` առաջ մղելու այն կարևորագույն գաղափարներն ու ծրագրերը,որոնք նա կրում ու փորձում է կյանքի կոչել:

Գլոբալիզացված աշխարհում գաղափարական ընդհանրություններ ու ընդհնուր նպատակներ ունեցող ուժերի միջև համագործակցությունը չի կարող անպտուղ լինել և անպայմանորեն ունենալու է իր դրական արդյունքները մեր երկրի կյանքում:
