Պետությունը գործարան չի կառուցում, պետությունը նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում, որ գործարաններ լինեն: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 19-ին, Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի համայնքում ընտրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է ՀՀԿ առաջին փոխնախագահ, վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ արձագանքելով ընտրողների մեկի՝ կարի ֆաբրիկա ստեղծելու մասին խնդրանքին:

«Մենք Սովետական միությունում չենք ապրում, երբ պետությունը գործարաններ էր ստեղծում: Այսօր մենք այնպես պետք է անենք, որ մարդիկ գործարաններ բացեն, պիտի գործարարի կողքին կանգնենք, նախադրյալներ ստեղծենք: Ինքս նույնիսկ մտածում եմ, որ այն պետական հիմնարկները, որոնք որոշակի բիզնես են պարունակում, տանք գործարարին կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը բացառելու համար»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Վարչապետը հիշեցրեց դեկտեմբերին համայնքներին ուղարկված մեթոդաբանությունը, որով համայնքապետերը պետք է ներկայացնեն իրենց 5 տարվա ռազմավարական ծրագիրը: Կարեն Կարապետյանը Ալավերդիի քաղաքապետից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք այդ ծրագրում ներառված է կարի ֆաբրիկայի հիմնումը: Դրական պատասխան ստանալով՝ վարչապետը դիմեց իրեն խնդրանքով դիմած կնոջը. «Ձեր ամուսնիը որ երեկոյան տուն է գալիս, բզեք ասեք, որ մենք էլ ենք ուզում աշխատել, միասին մտածեք, հետո էլ համայնքապետին բզեք, որ եթե այ այսպես անենք, այսպիսի արդյունք կունենանք»:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀԿ նախընտրական քարոզարշավն իրականացնում է Կարեն Կարապետյանը, թեեւ կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակում ընդգրկված չէ:
