Ադրբեջանի դպրոցներում ձմեռվա վառելիքի փող են հավաքում

Ադրբեջանական մամուլը հրապարակել էր Թովուզի շրջանի Ներքին Գուշչու (Աշաղը Գուշչու) գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի աղետալի վիճակի հետ կապված աշակերտների ծնողների նամակը:
faktxeber.com կայքին դիմած ծնողները հայտնել էին, որ եղանակները ցրտելու հետ դպրոցում իրենց երեխաների ուսումնառությունը դժվարանում է, եւ կոտրված ապակիներով դասարաններում ջերմություն չպահպանվելու պատճառով պարապմունքները դադարում են:
Երեկ կայքի խմբագրություն դիմած մի խումբ ծնողներ հայտնել են, որ նավթով «հարուստ» Ադրբեջանի հիշյալ դպրոցում արդեն սկսել են ձմեռը վառելու փայտի փող հավաքել:
«Մեր երեխաները 10-15 օր է, որ դպրոց են գնում, եւ արդեն սկսվել է «փող տուր» շրջանը: Երկու օր առաջ երեխան ասաց, որ պետք է օտար լեզվի դասագրքի համար վճարենք: 5 մանաթ տարավ: Հաջորդ օրն էլ ասաց, որ ձմեռվա փայտի փող են հավաքում, պետք է 6 մանաթ տանել: Իմ երկու երեխաների համար 12 մանաթ փող ուղարկեցի: Գյուղի բոլոր տներում արդեն գազ կա, իսկ մեր դպրոցի համար պետությունը վառելիք չունի: Ինչքան կարելի է դիմանալ այս անտարբերությանն ու կամայականությանը», -նամակում գրել են ծնողները:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Ադրբեջանի շրջանների բնակիչների ծանր տնտեսական դրության պատճառով աշակերտների ծնողներն ի վիճակի չեն «դպրոցական ֆոնդ» հավաքել ընթացիկ խնդիրները լուծելու համար, քանի որ չինովնիկները հրաժարվում են ֆինանսավորել դպրոցների վերանորոգման աշխատանքները:
Սեպտեմբերի 16-ի առավոտյան` Ադրբեջանում նոր ուսումնական տարին սկսվելու օրը, Իմիշլիի շրջանի Գըզըլքենդ գյուղի դպրոցի աշակերտների ծնողները հրաժարվել են դպրոց ուղարկել իրենց երեխաներին: Նրանք հավաքվել են դպրոցի շենքի առաջ բողոքելով ուսումնական հաստատությունում տիրող սարսափելի պայմանների դեմ: Գյուղի բնակիչները, տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ, այդ թվում դպրոցի ուսուցիչները իշխանություններից պահանջել են լուծել դպրոցի վերանորոգման հարցը, քանի որ այնտեղ աշխատանքի եւ կրթության պայմաններն անտանելի են, սակայն, ապարդյուն. ոչ գյուղի, ոչ էլ շրջանի գործադիր իշխանությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի արաձագանքել քաղաքացիների բողոքի ակցիային:
