Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության Նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանիին և Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդ Սեյյեդ Ալի Խամենեիին բնության զարթոնքի հիասքանչ տոնի՝ Նովրուզի առթիվ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը մաղթել է, որ արեգակնային տոմարով նոր՝ 1396 թվականն Իրանի համար լինի հետագա զարգացման, նորանոր հաջողությունների ու ձեռքբերումների տարի։
ՀՀ Նախագահը նշել է, որ անցնող քառորդ դարի ընթացքում հայ-իրանական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները շարունակ վերընթաց զարգացում են ապրել` ընդգրկելով ամենատարբեր ոլորտների լայն ներկապնակ` բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական երկխ ոսությունից մինչև առևտրատնտեսական սերտ համագործակցություն, մարդկանց միջև կապերից մինչև գիտակրթական ու մշակութային փոխգործակցություն: Նախագահ Սարգսյանը համոզվածություն է հայտնել, որ այդ հաստատուն հենքի վրա հայ-իրանական միջպետական ամուր կապերը հետագայում ևս կընդլայնվեն և կխորանան՝ ի նպաստ երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ և բարեկեցիկ ապագայի:
