ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

 
  • 150 мл чая
  • 50 мл обезжиренного молока
  • 1/3 ч. л. корицы

 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

 

  1. Наполни чашку чаем, заваренным привычным для тебя способом. Затем долей туда молока и добавь корицу.
  2. Перемешав все ингредиенты, можешь приступать к употреблению напитка.

 

Пить этот чай можно в неограниченном количестве в любое время суток. Для лучшего жиросжигающего эффекта следует совместить употребление чая с выполнением комплекса ежедневных упражнений.

Чай с корицей можно употреблять даже тем, кто не стремится похудеть. Если принимать это средство длительный период, заметно улучшится работа желудка и пищеварительного тракта.
