ԱՄԷ-ում ստեղծել են Երջանկության աշխարհում առաջին խորհուրդը

Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում հիմնել են Երջանկության աշխարհում առաջին խորհուրդը, որը կներկայացնի Global Happiness Report տարեկան գլոբալ հաշվետվությունը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Arabian Business հրատարակությանը:
Հաշվետվությունը ներկայացվելու Է ԱՄԷ-ում անցկացվող World Government Summit ամենամյա կառավարական գագաթնաժողովում: 
 
Նրա խոսքով՝ «այսօր աշխարհին նոր մոտեցում Է հարկավոր մարդկության երջանկությանը հասնելու հարցում, այն պետք Է հիմնվի համագործակցության եւ ինտեգրացման ջանքերի, ընդհանուրի եւ շփման կետերի որոնման վրա՝ դրական արժեքների ամրապնդման համար»: Այս նպատակին հասնելու համար փոփոխություններ են անհրաժեշտ աշխարհում կառավարական մարմինների աշխատանքում եւ «միջազգային կազմակերպությունների նպատակների իսկական մարմնավորում»:
Հայտարարությունը նվիրված Է մարտի 20-ին Երջանկության միջազգային օրվա տոնակատարությանը: Այս կերպ, նշել Է ԱՄԷ-ի վարչապետը, երկիրը «դրական ուղերձ Է հղում աշխարհին»:
Խորհուրդը հավաքվելու Է տարեկան երկու անգամ: Այն նաեւ վարչական աջակցություն Է ստանալու ՄԱԿ-ից: 
Երջանկության համաշխարհային խորհուրդը կգլխավորի Կոլումբիական համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ջեֆրի Սաքսը: Սաքսը ամերիկացի հայտնի տնտեսագետ Է, «շոկային թերապիայի» մշակողներից մեկն Է համարվում ՌԴ-ում, Բոլիվիայում, Լեհաստանում: Աշխատել Է Բորիս Ելցինի տնտեսական խորհրդականների խմբի կազմում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
