Պետության համար կարևոր նախապայմաններից մեկը մարզերի համաչափ զարգացումն է: Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանում անընդհատ խոսվում է տարբեր մարզերի ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին:
Լոռու մարզում էլ 5 նոր նախակրթարան է կառուցվում: Մարտի 29-ին շահագործման կհանձնվի հերթական նախակրթարանը: Գործադիրի ղեկավարն այսօր եղել նախակրթարանում, ծանոթացել ստեղծված պայմաններին: Այն հագեցված է անհրաժեշտ գույքով և պարագաներով: Ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ներդրել է շուրջ 1 մլն դոլար: Լոռու մարզում կառուցվում է նմանատիպ հինգ նախակրթարան:
Վանաձորում կառուցվում է նաև հիվանդանոցային համալիր , որը նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել 2017 թ. ավարտին: Ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 3 միլիարդ 700 մլն դրամ, իսկ ծննդատան մասնաշենքի կառուցումը ֆինանսավորել է «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը՝ ներդնելով 1 մլրդ 200 մլն դրամ:
Մարզերում նման ծրագրերի իրականացումը պետք է շարունակական բնույթ ունենա: Նման տեմպերով մարզերի համաչափ զարգացման տեսլականը կլինի իրատեսական:
