Ադրբեջանի հերթական ձախողման «փոխհատուցումը» դիվանագիտական ճակատում

Փետրվար ամսին շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած սադրանքների ձախողումը պատճառ դարձավ, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը փոխի իր մարտավարությունը: Հիմնական խնդիրը, որ փորձեց լուծել Ադրբեջանը, սեփական ձախողումների քողարկումն է: Ադրբեջանի նոր մարտավարությունը ենթադրում է ակտիվացում դիվանագիտական ճակատում: Պատահական չէ, որ այս օրերին ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարարությունները «մեկը մյուսին հերթ չեն տալիս»:
Սրանով Ադրբեջանը փորձում է միջազգային հանրության համար ֆոն ապահովել, թե իրենք հանդես են գալիս խնդրի խաղաղ լուծման դիրքերից, իսկ հայկական կողմը ագրեսիայի է դիմում: Սակայն պետք է նկատել, որ այս ֆոնը միջազգային հանրության համար էֆեկտ չի կարող ունենալ, քանի որ միջազգային հանրության ներկայացուցիչները հնարավորինս պատկերացնում են, թե ինչ իրավիճակ է տիրում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում, և ինչ նպատակներ է հետապնդում Ադրբեջանը սադրանքների դիմելով, բայց ելնելով ինչ-ինչ քաղաքական շահերից՝ դեռևս չեն համարձակվում փոխել հավասարության նշանն իրենց գնահատականներում:
