  Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության Կենտկոմի առաջին քարտուղար, նախընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համարՏաճատ Սարգսյանը չի կասկածում, որ առաջիկա ընտրությունների արդյունքում Կոմկուսը հայտնվելու է խորհրդարանում:

«Հայտնի է, որ գործ ունենք 114-ամյա կուսակցության հետ, որը գործել է տարբեր ժամանակներում, եւ Խորհրդային Հայաստանն իր արդյունաբերությամբ, մշակույթով, կրթությամբ առաջատար երկիր է եղել: Իզուր չէ, որ այն անվանում էին թանգարան բաց երկնքի տակ, մեկն էլ ասել էր՝ եթե ուզում եք հրաշքներ տեսնել, եկեք Խորհրդային Հայաստան: Նախորդ դարասկզբին Երեւանն ուներ ընդամենը 35 հազար բնակչություն, քիչ էին դպրոցները, աշակերտները. այսպիսի վիճակով կոմունիստներն ընդունեցին հանրապետությունը: Մենք ոտքի կանգնեցրինք տնտեսությունը, այդ ժամանակներում զարգացավ թեթեւ ա րդյունաբերությունը: Ցավում ենք, որ ձեռք բերված հաջողությունները հավասարվեցին զրոյի: Հանրապետությունն այժմ ծանր վիճակում է՝ արտագաղթ, աղքատություն, կոռուպցիա. բնակչության գրեթե կեսը արտագաղթում է, երկիրը դասվում է ծերացող երկրների շարքին, ամեն տասներորդ բնակիչը քաղցած է քնում, փակվել են դպրոցներ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նա:

Տաճատ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ նախորդ տարիներին կուսակցության՝ խորհրդարանում չհայտնվելու պատճառն եղել է անարդար վերաբերմունքը կուսակցության նկատմամբ:

«Իմ եւ մեր կուսակից ընկերների կարծիքն է, որ եթե խորհրդարանում չկա կոմունիստական գաղափարախոսություն, եթե օրենքները չեն բխում ժողովրդի շահերից հատկապես սոցիալական խնդիրների առումով, այդ Ազգային ժողովը երկու ոտքով կաղում է: Մեր օրենքները պետք է լինեն արտագաղթի վերացման համար հզոր արդյունաբերության ստեղծման, անվճար բուժման, կրթության, մշակույթի գիտության եւ այլ ոլորտների մասին: Մենք պարտավոր ենք վերադառնալ իշխանության»,-ասաց Կոմկուսի ներկայացուցիչը:

Տաճատ Սարգսյանը համոզված է, որ որեւէ այլ կուսակցության գաղափարախոսություն չի կարելի համեմատել Կոմկուսի գաղափարախոսության հետ, որին, ըստ նրա, մարդիկ կողմնակից են:

«Մենք ունենք աջակիցների 20-հազարանոց բանակ, որը մեր կողքին է: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ ժողովուրդը մեզ ցանկանում է տեսնել խորհրդարանում»,-ընդգծեց նա:

Տաճատ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց, որ Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը կողմ է բազմակարծությանը, ընդունում է տնտեսավարման բոլոր ձեւերը, ցանկանում է  տեսնել պետության առավել մեծ դերակատարություն տնտեսավարման մեջ, օգտագործել Հայաստանում ստացված հումքը աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման համար,  պարտավոր է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել Ղարաբաղի անկախության հարցը, արտոնություններ տրամադրել առաջնագծում ծառայող զինվորների ընտանիքներին, նրանց ազատել կոմունալ վճարներից, կարգավորել հարաբերությունները հարեւանների հետ՝ ըստ այդմ նպաստելով ազատ տրանսպոտի ձեւավորմանը, տնտեսության զարգացմանը եւ այլն:

Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կկայանան ապրիլի 2–ին, իսկ ընդգրկված քաղաքական ուժերը նախընտրական քարոզարշավը սկսեցին մարտի 5–ից:
